I stayed at this property for three nights, and it was the perfect choice for attending a concert at Stadio Olimpico, which is within walking distance. The location is excellent, with restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, and bus stops all nearby, making it very convenient for getting around and accessing anything you might need during your stay.
The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches upon arrival, including basic necessities such as toilet paper, shampoo and toiletries, snacks, and even a bottle of water in the fridge. After a long day of travelling and arriving late in the evening, these small details were very welcome.
Everything in the apartment worked perfectly. Although the space is compact, it has been designed very efficiently and feels comfortable for up to two people. There is a bed as well as a sofa bed, which was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a short stay.
The host was also very responsive and helpful whenever I contacted him. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
La vicinanza al Foro Italico e Stadio Olimpico. Appartamento in una strada poco traffica, per essere a Roma, e quindi silenziosa. Pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario (però non ho trovato un asciugacapelli). Zona con tanti locali per cenare.
Check-in fai da te con messaggi e codici, senza sapere il nome di chi scrive, me lo faccio andare bene, ma l’assenza di un host che ti accoglie a casa sua rende l’esperienza piuttosto impersonale. Il letto sopraelevato lo sconsiglio a chi soffre di vertigini.

L'appartamento è molto pulito, curato e ordinato.
Anche la posizione è perfetta: è silenzioso e riservato, lontano dal caos.
L'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta.
L'unica cosa che migliorerei è magari un'informazione aggiuntiva su dove si trova l'appartamento: un riferimento magari sul campanello o anche inviare una foto via chat di dove si deve entrare. Anche superato il cancello non è stato chiaro quale fosse la porta dell'appartamento (soprattutto se si arriva di sera).

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The host was kind and always available if we needed anything. The apartment had everything we needed for a short and pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend it to others and would gladly come back again.
The only thing we didn’t like was that the apartment is on the ground floor, which means there isn’t much natural airflow. However, the host was thoughtful and provided an air purifier, which made a big difference.
You can tell a lot of people have been here, but it's still very cozy. Very good internet. Full equipped kitchen. Very quiet. The Bus stop is like 5 min away (Ponte milvio) or 10 min away (Ponte flaminio). Piazza del Popolo ab 30-40 min by foot. We can recommend the Carrefour (you must cross the milvio bridge), it was open even on holidays and prices were chill and the gelateria Giada (also across milvio bridge).
Felt uneasy during check in. You need to make three pictures of your ID ( including one selfie while holding the document) and send it to a third party. I wouldn't have booked that place if I knew this before.
I could not speak more highly of Niccolo. He was such a fantastic host. I was admitted to hospital on our last night in Rome. This caused me to miss my flight home. Niccolo was very understanding and allowed me to stay at the apartment while I had to wait to get a flight home when I was discharged from hospital.
He did not have to do this and showed real human compassion.
If you stay here you know you are in good hands with him if something goes wrong.
The apartment itself is very nice and tidy and compact. The shower is great. The bed was comfy. Perfect for a break in the wonderful city of Rome. We went to watch AS Roma play and the stadium is about a 15 minute walk away. All other sites and attractions are within easy reach. Buses and Metro which are easy to use.
The area is quite busy with good restaurants and cafes and gets quite lively at night, but its not noisy when you are in the apartment.
Overall its the perfect place for a trip to Rome whatever the occasion you are visiting for, highly recommend staying at Niccolos place.

Great location and decent value
The apartment is well situated and works well for a short stay, a bit harder to live in for a longer duration.
