-. AC broke, we have to use other room to sleep only
-. WC need to upgrade
-. Towels also need to upgrade
-. Electric socket need to replace
-. No kettle to make Tee ot coffee
-. Matrazz a bit hard
-. TV also need to replace

The room was super dirty, eggshells in the shower, fish bones in the sink, the toilet broken and filled with black mold. When I pointed this out to the receptionist he offered me another room that was just as dirty. I told him that it’s also dirty but he didn’t care, his attitude was very rude

- The room size is too small and squashy, you hardly move in it. No space to put your bags or suitcase.
- The bathroom is horribly small with a leaking sink and broken door (no handle from the inside)
- The rubbish bin is so dirty like it's never being cleaned. When i asked the staff to replace it, he simply just put the plastic bag inside it.
- Too many mosquitos and the staff said there's no mosquito spray to borrow.
- The staff definitely needs proper training. No receipt unless you asked for it, and didn't bother to look and talk to us when I said we were checking out. He just let us walk past and didn't give back my deposit money. I came back the next day to pick it up.
- They only take cash, no EDC machine for cards.
- Not recommended for elderly people because the stairs are quite steep with quite large steps.
- No parking area specifically for the guests, you have to find wherever available parking space along the street.

The room and toilet is a bit not clean, but still ok.
