Good location, but not a comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

The only thing I liked was the location which is at the city center and right across Ganda bakery.

Cons:

- The room size is too small and squashy, you hardly move in it. No space to put your bags or suitcase.
- The bathroom is horribly small with a leaking sink and broken door (no handle from the inside)
- The rubbish bin is so dirty like it's never being cleaned. When i asked the staff to replace it, he simply just put the plastic bag inside it.
- Too many mosquitos and the staff said there's no mosquito spray to borrow.
- The staff definitely needs proper training. No receipt unless you asked for it, and didn't bother to look and talk to us when I said we were checking out. He just let us walk past and didn't give back my deposit money. I came back the next day to pick it up.
- They only take cash, no EDC machine for cards.
- Not recommended for elderly people because the stairs are quite steep with quite large steps.
- No parking area specifically for the guests, you have to find wherever available parking space along the street.

Pros:

It’s very near the stesen siantar.

6 minute walkable distance.

Cons:

The room and toilet is a bit not clean, but still ok.
