Good location/amenities. Mattress was deplorable.
Pros:

The location was decent, got some really nice views of the Hollywood Hills. Coming from Europe it's always nice to see a high ceilings loft apartment.

Cons:

We asked the owner if he could arrange a cleaner given the length of our stay. He quoted us $150, so we decided to wash the bedsheets and refresh the apartment ourselves. When we lifted the sheets and mattress protector, we were confronted with staining so severe it looked like the aftermath of a crime scene.

The APT was nice and comfortable. This was our first time to book a APT on booking.com. Definitely a pleasant experience. would stay again if apartment was clean. building was very nice and super close to many activities around town

very convenient location. accessible parking and secure.

Cons:

property had a terrible smell. the entire apartment needed to be aired out upon arrival. way too many wall fragrance emitters. bathtub was not clean. soup scum ring very evident. dust everywhere. if the owner is paying cleaners he needs to get a refund and find another cleaning service.

Great location & security. Unfortunately missing the basic essentials of standard rental accommodation!

Location and security were both excellent

Cons:

No hangers in any of the rooms, broken blind in bedroom which meant we couldn’t close blind for a decent nights sleep. Severe health damaging mould in kettle, hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Owner did replace with a new kettle after we complained.
