Nice spot in LA
Pros:

The owner provided great instructions on parking and accessing the apartment. The pool, terrace, and fitness center were an added bonus.

Cons:

There was a late night maintenance call made from another tenant that required access to the apartment but, luckily no one was asleep when they arrived.

Super nice stay!
Pros:

Lovely location. Cleanliness was perfect and spotless. The building as great amenities such as two pools, two floor fitness center. Also I was working remotely and got to use the resident lounges as well. The unit itself had everything we needed. Check in was smooth and easy.

Disappointing

Cons:

The flat was not clean and there was a lingering smell of old cannabis/smoke. I think the smell soaked into the carpet, it was especially noticeable when we came back in the evening after the windows were closed all day. From the bedroom on the mezzanine floor was possible to see all the dust built up about over the kitchen cupboards and walls, looked like they haven't been cleaned for a long time.
The bathroom at the back needed some refurbishing as it had paint flaking off.
Overall not a Luxury experience as advertised, I really did not enjoy my stay.

Best host and service ever!
Pros:

Right after I checked in, and absolutely loved the unit I had an important work notification and had to fly back to Dallas. The host was amazing to understand my situation and provide a full refund although I spent some time in unit, had dinner and used the bathrooms. In the short time I stayed, I couldn’t get a chance to use the facilities but the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had a lot of space. Especially for someone like me who is a big lover of high ceilings! Exactly as in photos.

Will definitely come back. Awesome unit, clean and the community has great amenities.
Pros:

The unit was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. Direct access to the unit floor from the garage. The host was very kind and responsive. Our stay felt like we had our own residence in Los Angeles. Also the location was great for us as it was a walking distance away from a lot of spots we were interested in seeing.

Good location/amenities. Mattress was deplorable.
Pros:

The location was decent, got some really nice views of the Hollywood Hills. Coming from Europe it's always nice to see a high ceilings loft apartment.

Cons:

We asked the owner if he could arrange a cleaner given the length of our stay. He quoted us $150, so we decided to wash the bedsheets and refresh the apartment ourselves. When we lifted the sheets and mattress protector, we were confronted with staining so severe it looked like the aftermath of a crime scene.

would stay again if apartment was clean. building was very nice and super close to many activities around town

Cons:

property had a terrible smell. the entire apartment needed to be aired out upon arrival. way too many wall fragrance emitters. bathtub was not clean. soup scum ring very evident. dust everywhere. if the owner is paying cleaners he needs to get a refund and find another cleaning service.
