The resort was nice and clean, but overall fell short in service and dining. Food and drinks took a long time to arrive

Nach einem kompletten Stromausfall haben wir kein Abendessen und keinerlei Getränke bekommen.

Security was terrific. Views of ocean from all rooms. Cleanliness.

Cons:

1) Didnt like the Sales people hounding us for timeshare presentations.
2) Could not walk anywhere off the property or from hotel to hotel. Pretty much locked in.
3) Free breakfast was horrible every day. Forced to pay extra at the better restaurants. Nothing was hot. Presentation was very subpar.

The room was beautiful. More restaurants would be great.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The room itself was beautiful and I absolutely loved it. I think they could use some more restaurants as well as maybe an adult only pool.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there were not many restaurant options and the hotel was pretty far away from everything. So you would have to take a $30 Uber to go elsewhere.

Pros:

El personal es excelente te tratan genial. Adrián Francisca Rey Eliseo.. todos son maravillosos.Al ser todo incluido ya pagas una tasa de servicio así que no tienes que preocuparte por las propinas que realmente estresa sino. La comida es excelente y las calidades de todo son muy buenas. Cada restaurante mejor. No hay excesivas normas por lo que te sientes muy cómodo y relajado. Los horarios de restaurantes son muy extendidos así que genial. Las habitaciones son super lujosas y preciosas. El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones maravilloso.

Una pena que no se puede nadar en la playa porque el oleaje y corriente es durísimo.

Cons:

A mejorar dos cosas:
El spa y servicios de spa son cariaisisimos ...9000 pesos un masaje por ejemplo que son como más de 400€. Tendrían que hacer muy buen precio y así nos hubiéramos hecho un masaje cada día. En EEUU hay masajes a 60€ me cuesta creer que no puedan hacer lo mismo. Igual con servicios de uñas.
El kids club cuesta como 25€ por niño por hora. Tendría que ser gratuito al menos dos horas al día para mayores de 6 y una hora al día para menores de 6. Cuesta más que una nanny.
