Practical place to stay when you have business in the area, especially with a gym
Pros:

I had family business transactions a bit south (Pontevedra) so I looked for a place where I could rest, work with internet and do some workout. It was my base for a few days and traveling through self-drive. The roads are wide and relatively new.

It's beside the highway, easy to find but has no big sign. There is a good gym that you can use for free. It's a reasonable and practical place to stay if you have business in the mid-south area of Negros Occidental, and would rather not drive to Bacolod everyday. Room is big. There are tables outside where you could work. Internet works well. Place can definitely be improved. Staff are friendly. There is a small space for parking. For best dining, go to Bantayan Park in Bago City which is beside Bago River, excellent view, food, trees and space for the family. It is 5 minutes away by car and around 10 minutes away by local tricycle.

My plan to stay in this place worked.

Cons:

They don't sell food so you have to buy food outside. The area is near schools so there are places where there is very affordable food. Lights inside the room are dim, best to change to have brighter options. They need to put a bigger sign outside.
