Great location and our go-to, to visit friends in the area.
Pros:

Great location, easy access to Portishead marina and wider area for walking, very easy parking on site.
Fab bathroom and bathroom products.
Great breakfast, very attentive staff

Cons:

Disappointed we were allocated a double bed, when we thought we’d booked a king size.

We like the location and we have stayed there on many occasions over the past 3 years
Pros:

Great choice of breakfast menu & service from Chris was excellent - nothing is too much trouble!

Cons:

The room was a little drafty due to an adjoining door to the outside space (it is winter) so would be a bonus in summer

Great find for a stop over on way back from Devon. Would stay again if in the area.
Pros:

Great room and bathroom overlooking the river mouth (sadly was foggy). Food was good and the staff were attentive and helpful (shout out to Chris being helpful)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the local manager Chris was attentive and welcoming. Great facility, nice atmosphere and fantastic view towards Wales.. ( when there is no fog). Perfect alternative for unpersonal business hotels.

We were very pleased from check in until the next day when we left and we will certainly visit again
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice to suit everyone’s needs. The location was outstanding with a lovely view when eating breakfast which was a great way to start the day, very calming and relaxing.

Cons:

There was not anything during our stay that would give us cause to complain as everything in the hotel was the best standard and the attention to detail was superb

Enjoyed christmas festivities, staff were friendly and we enjoyed the christmas menu.
