A wonderful stay that surpassed all our expectations. Would highly recommend.

Ganz besonders zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich war das Personal bzw. die Betreiber oder Manager hier sei Jess und Chris erwähnt, Chris war jeden Morgen zum Frühstück im Hotel und hat die Wünsche förmlich von den Lippen abgelesen, wenn Chris das "Farmers Breakfast" empfiehlt dann solltet ihr das unbedingt probieren es ist köstlich und macht für den ganzen Tag satt!
Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet außerdem werden die Zimmer jeden Tag hergerichtet und sind sehr sauber!
Die Bar ist gut ausgestattet hat einige Biere und eine große Auswahl an Weinen im Angebot, die Speisen sind sehr gut und hier sei wieder das Personal erwähnt dass sich zuvorkommend gekümmert hat, außerdem war es sehr gemütlich sowie im Innen-, als auch im Außenbereich!
Es gibt sicher noch einiges hinzuzufügen, aber testet es selbst aus, für uns war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt, tiptop und sehr gern wieder!

Cons:

Das französische Doppelbett war mit 1,40m etwas schmal, hier solltet ihr auf jeden Fall ein Kingsizebett buchen und die Aussicht aufs Wasser ging am hinteren nicht ganz schönen Teil des Hotels vorbei!

Very comfortable and relaxing break
Pros:

The Location was both picturesque and convenient tor walls and restaurants.There is a great view over the estuary . The building itself is very attractive, both outside and in. The room was spacious with a very Comfortable bed. Also a Good and spacious shower.

Cons:

They need to find a way of keeping windows open without banging in hot weather. We were unable to link TV with phone.

A fantastic place to stay.
Pros:

A fantastic place to stay with great views across the water. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Having breakfast on the terrace every day was a great way to start the day. It is also a short walk away from Portishead's marina along the coast. Our room was spotless with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend it.

Pros:

The room was very nicely decorated. and had all what you needed.
The restaurant was very good.
Inside and outside facilities very good.
Great location to start a walk.
Staff very welcoming and making feel at home.

Cons:

You could not fully open the window of the bedroom due to health and safety reasons.
Access to the bedrooms kind of complicated.

Positiv mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist zweckmäßig und stimmig.

Cons:

a) es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl zu den Zimmern in hohen 1. OG
b) die Zimmerfenster sind fest verschlossen, ohne Möglichkeit, sie (ggf. als Fluchtweg) öffnen zu können. Eine funktionierende Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden, so dass man auch keine Frischluft ins Zimmer bekam.
c) Gaststätte im EG teils sehr schmutzig (z.B. Polster, am Kühlschrank)
