We never had a chance to use the wifi because the posted Wifi name on the wall is not updated plus the we were informed late when we were about to check out.

The stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness and unresponsive service.
Pros:

The only thing I truly liked about our stay was the great location. Being situated in IT Park made it convenient, with easy access to restaurants, transportation and other amenities in the area.

Cons:

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing due to several issues with cleanliness and inadequate amenities. The bathroom was in poor condition; the floor appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in months, and the grout between the tiles was full of dirt, making it feel unhygienic.

We were a family of four (two adults and two children), yet the room was insufficiently prepared for our stay. Only one thin blanket was provided, seemingly intended for the twin bed, and there was no bedsheet provided for the futon bed where my son was supposed to sleep. As a result, we had to use the single blanket to cover the futon, leaving us without any blanket at all during the night.

We requested additional bedding and blankets (even offering to pay for them), but we received no response from the staff, leaving us frustrated and uncomfortable.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness and responsiveness severely impacted our stay. Improvements in housekeeping and customer service are greatly needed.
