Pros:

Comfy Bed, clean bathroom, conveniently located for a stopover on the way to the Highlands.

Cons:

Found some glitter/sequoins from previous guests on the floor. Missing Hairdryer in one of the three rooms we had booked. Curtain falling down in another one - staff didn't bother to hang it back up. Suspicious stains on the carpet. No Elevator to the rooms to upstairs. Ordered a vegetarian dish and was served a meaty one in the restaurant.

The location was very handy for us. The room had everything we needed for the few days we were there. It was really handy to be able to switch the lights off from bed.

Cons:

The room felt a little tired, there were a few marks on walls which would have been easily covered with a coat of paint. We had an issue with our key card timing out before it was supposed to but this was easily fixed by the staff. Not sure how it wpuld have been fixed had the bar been closed. The girl who checked us in didn't really say much but all the other staff we had contact with were lovely
