Great Location and Easy To Find.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Ellie looked after us in the restaurant and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Lovely hotel for a few days. About 30 mins drive to Glasgow.
Pros:

Close to a wedding reception we attended. Didn’t realise there was no lift and we were on the first floor. The staff willingly changed our room to a larger one, on the ground floor.
Comfy bed and pillow, plenty of hot water. We stayed for four nights and ate in the restaurant once.

Cons:

The shower over the bath was fixed.

Excellent location for sports center, food great
Pros:

The staff are excellent very friendly and professional and big shout out to the lovely lady who was the chef for breakfast it was outstanding

Cons:

We were in room 106 which is clearly for people with disabilities, I asked for twin beds which we got but the beds have panic buttons behind the pillows which we didn’t know about until 5am in the morning when I moved in my sleep and pressed it by mistake

Great
Pros:

Evening meal & breakfast were fantastic, food quality was of a great standard & the selection was great.
The room was of a good standard, it was clean as was the bathroom. The hotel is Premier Inn style but actually v=better than most of the Premier Inns I have stopped in recently, will stay again.

Comfortable, quiet and perfect for attending the sports centre
Pros:

Area is quiet, very comfy bed, easy controls for heating the room, plenty spare pillows

Cons:

Only thing was a slight odd smell in the bathroom, perhaps an old cloth had been used to clean the bathroom? It was clean, just a bit smelly
