Lovely stay just a bit too remote
Pros:

Nice to have the tea coffee and milk. Nice fresh towels. Close to the bar for food and drinks.

Cons:

We arrived back late to the hotel due to being in the uk national championship and couldn’t get food. The cafe at ravenscraig had closed at 3.30 and nowhere nearby to be able to get food.

Pros:

Friendly welcome. All staff were helpful. Really nice clean room and comfy bed.

Cons:

I was awoken by doors slamming around 5am, but I think it was other guests.

Was pleasant enough, handy having the restaurant/bar next door.
Pros:

The room was clean, few things under the bed but nothing major. Lighting options were nice in the room and heating was ok to use once we figured it out. Easy check in/out process.

Cons:

The room had two twin beds when I had requested a double. I didn't bother mentioning this at the time as it was mothers day and was very busy.

Stayed a few times now and superb value for money. Restaurant is a great little venue for all

Ideal location and staff really nice. Genuine people who gave a service that others would love. Management must take credit as Alan and his counterpart are brilliant

Cons:

The weather but that’s the only thing they can’t control 😂

Pros:

Ravens Cliff is ideal for a quiet and comfortable stay. Plenty of parking and the restaurant on site cooks amazing, fresh and tasty food at good prices.
I will be returning 🤗.

Cons:

A towel rail in the bathroom would have been good. However if needed towels can be changed daily. I just rather dry and use again.
A few placemats to put cup of tea or a drink on.
