I really got a bad experience this time
Pros:

The room was good and the staff was pleasant

Cons:

Booking.com mention that we can see clear vue of the lake from the room but that was not the case. There were also cockroaches coming out and there was practically no water in the tap, i could not have a bath the same night.
I paid for one night as per conditions of booking .com and the next day i wrote to Booking.com that i won't stay at the hotel and intend to check out. So i cancelled my booking and received confirmation for same. After that, while checking out at the reception , they told me that Booking .com did not cancel my booking.
I think we have the right to cancel if we find that the hotel doesn't meet our expection.

The rooms exuded comfort and elegance, making me feel right at home. Conveniently located, the hotel offered effortless access to surrounding attractions and amenities.

From check-in to checkout, every moment was infused with exceptional service and genuine care. This haven of tranquility has earned a special place in my heart. I will be staying there again.

Great budget friendly accommodation in Tana. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Great base when visiting Madagascar, with easy access to the main tourist attractions in Tana and good selection of local restaurants and cafes all within easy walking distance. Staff and management were always incredibly friendly and helpful with local advice. The quality of the food in their restaurant was good, and nice to have the bar onsite. Their communication was always timely and efficient.

Loved every aspect as this hotel, my best stay at Madagascar by far.
Pros:

I’m impressed with the overall quality of this hotel. All staff was super friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was delicious, the rooms were big and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Also the location was perfect, near to everything in the city centre but in a quiet street. Parking in front of hotel and security 24/7 was the cherry on top. Truly loved every aspect of this hotel.

Cons:

There is nothing I didn’t like, all was perfect.

Fabulous hotel, restaurant and bar.
Pros:

The staff are extraordinary helpful and friendly - everyone from the guard, dinner and breakfast staff, reception and bar staff.
