Overall was clean and staff were very friendly. Location for me (and then next night friends joined) was good as we chose Changsha as a stop over. Close to mall and metro / subway so easy to get around if you want to. Managed to get to Orange Island easy enough on my first day alone. Other amenities (pharmacy, conveniance store) all within walking distance.
Bed was comfy enough (maybe a bit firmer for european style), room was clean and staff was very helpful.

Beds were comfortable
Very unclean. Everything smells like cigarette smoke. It was loud. A construction site right next to it. Subway is 10 min away. No mini bar. Very small windows.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. After checking out we needed a place to rest before going to the airport. A staff allowed us to rest in the breakfast room as the lobby resting area was occupied.
The room was clean and spacious with a large TV. Breakfast spread was also good.
The hotel staff were polite and helpful, especially the manager, who helped us to reserve entrance to the Hunan Museum.
The room was clean and spacious. Though the room was supposed to be non-smoking, we could smell lingering cigarette smell when the air conditioning is switched on.

Room is big and spacious. The bed is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.
There was cigarette smoke in the hotel and the water pipes were very loud. It was hard to rest.
Staff were very friendly. Greeted with a smile every time we walked in the hotel. Any request that one had they tried their best to accommodate.
Toilet might have a bit of a smell if ventilation is not on. Currently building beside Anya is having renovation.
