דירה מקסימה, נשמח לחזור!
Pros:

דירה חדישה ומעוצבת עם נוף לבריכה, המיטות היו נוחות מאוד. מיקום מצויין. התארחנו זוג עם שני ילדים צעירים והדירה לגמרי עמדה בציפיותינו.

Cons:

הדירה דורשת תחזוקה קלה: המים יוצאים מהמקלחון בזמן מקלחת, הכסא במרפסת מפורק וכדומה.

Cons:

בדירה לא היה חדר נפרד - הסלון היה מחובר עם חדר השינה בלי דלת.
במזדרון מחוץ לדירה היה ריח של זבל כל הזמן.
בתהליך ההזמנה היה מצויין ש "יש חניה" כשהגענו הבנו שאין חניה וכשנכנסתי לפרטי ההזמנה כתוב יש חניה וכשנכנסים לפרטים של החניה מגלים שהחניה מחוץ למלון על הכביש בכחול לבן ויש מגרש חניה עד חצות באיזור.

Pros:

The apartment has a lot of potential. The location is excellent: very close to the beach, a large shopping mall, and the building has a big, clean pool. The place is new, nicely designed, and the bed is very comfortable.

Cons:

we encountered several maintenance issues. Water constantly leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor, the bathroom trash bin was completely rusted and falling apart, the shower head holder was broken, and the kitchen faucet was loose and wobbly. We informed the host, who promised it would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done during our entire stay. Additionally, the floor was not very clean upon arrival.

The most disappointing part was the host’s attitude. When we tried to shorten our stay by two days, despite the official policy being non-refundable, he initially offered us a workaround. But when we tried to follow his suggestion and ran into problems, he refused to help and responded rudely. That interaction left us with a very bitter feeling.
