No value for money paid. Room service was very poor and response time was very poor. Room was very small as compared to other properties in Chennai and not as per value charged. Most of the food was not hot and breads were not properly cooked. Bathroom was too small to move.

Room size is very small. Bathroom is like a capsule bathroom in the flights. Sheets are dirty with hair and there are bed bugs.

The breakfast
The staff's attitude was terrible. Was not accepting USD in cash. Said the option is not available. But, it was very much permitted at ibis Kochin. There were multiple errors on invoices. Had added the paid bills (food) to the final invoice. Then when doing the correction the food bill had been deducted twice. But, we showed it and paid the contract amount. The way the customer requests were declined were pathetic. No courtesy at all. The English comprehension of staff was poor. Anjali was particularly rude.Learned Zenith is no more working with ibis Chennai. However, we were receiving emails from him and was asking to write to him on inquiries. But, to the date no one returned for those messages. One room had no towel; had to wait more than 30 mins to receive one. All the towels were yellowish. Had to go to the reception three times to receive an iron. The phone was not answered throughout.
