Staff was responsive and courteous.

Cons:

The bathroom is horrible. Water keeps dripping from the wash basin. And water does not drain from the bathing area. And the bathroom is too small.

Inspite of being 1 guest they gave me Twin room. The bed mattress kept slipping. And the bedsheets were smelling like old unwashed. The pillow cover had stains.

No room slippers provided inspite of requesting.

Attitude of Staff towards Customer Service.
I have shown to Manager how i was uncomfortable staying in Room No.1024 which has a window which is attached & adjacent to Balcony of Office Bldg. Wherein public can view the room right upto the bathroom in the room. Window is only source of light into room. When pointed Manager he made me walk back to the room after checking out of room with him to inspect and never apologised for the inconvenience.

Further the same person never cooperated for transport arrangement which I wanted for only 4 hrs and was forcing me to take 8 hr package trying to get 100% extra. When questioned he never gave any explanation nor he gave the number of the travel agency who is insisting on the same. I suspect something is not alright and fishy.

Thus overall very bad experience. I would not like to visit the place once again.
