Pros:

What a wonderful stay we had at the Grande Centre Pointe Sukhumvit 55 Thong Lo! The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. The facilities were amazing, with a fully equipped gym and free training classes in the morning and a beautifully designed pool with lots of lounge chairs so never felt crowded. The rooms were large, beds were comfortable with free snacks and water and had views of the city. They also provided a shuttle to the closest subway station which we used several times so that we didn't have to walk around in the heat. We also had a 2 night trip to Pattaya and the hotel happily stored our larger luggage until we returned. Location is in the neighborhood of Thong Lo which was in walking distance to many restaurants, markets, and good massage places. Highly recommend staying here!

Cons:

Not a fault of the hotel. When I booked the hotel through Booking, somehow scammers managed to hack the booking.com messaging system and was telling me to click on links or my reservation would be cancelled. The hotel was using the same messaging system to confirm that reservation was ok, so it was confusing. However, after the hotel and I reported the issue to Booking.com, the messages finally stopped. Everything about our stay at the hotel was perfect.

Gehobenes Hotel mit Anbehmlichkeiten
Pros:

Angenehmes Ambiente. Bequemes Bett. Schöner Pool. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Recht weit von der Hochbahn und Sukhumvit. Es gibt tagsüber aber alle 20 Minuten einen Shuttle.

I would put my best clients at this property and feel completely comfortable.

The cleanliness of the entire property is unmatched.

You could LITERALLY perform open heart surgery anywhere on this property. It is really that super clean!

The room, staff and facilities were all great. The room was large and spotless with a great view. The pool area was a lovely and a welcome break after a day exploring the city. The staff couldn't do enough for you.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better, there was a huge selection but the fruit didn't look overly fresh.
