Sono stata bene una struttura comunque di fascino, e con un personale davvero speciale!

L’accoglienza! Il personale è molto premuroso e attento, e anche molto sorridente che è un plus non scontato

Un agréable séjour, au coeur de Biarritz
Pros:

En plein centre ville, dans une ancienne maison magnifique. Un bon petit déjeuner, avec une équipe très sympathique et au petit soin.

Cons:

Les chambres sont vraiment petites, tout comme la salle de petit déjeuner, ce qui n’est pas toujours bien pratique.

We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed every minute! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff very welcoming and helpful. The beds were super comfy. The communication from booking to leaving was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank to all staff and in particular to Lola, Valentine and Matilde!

Cons:

The coffee machine was hit and miss but liked that the staff were always on hand to help.

Très bien sauf le petit déjeuner catastrophique

Le fait que l hôtel soit dispatché dans plusieurs bâtiments
Sécurité moyenne
Et le petit déjeuner clairement pas du tout au niveau
Très peu de choix au buffet et quelque soit l heure sur les 5 jours il manquait toujours quelque chose
Œufs brouillés quantité insuffisante
Les salades de fruits en mode plus que minimalistes
Du beurre pas assez des pots de confiture vides
Enfin vraiment autant on peut lutter contre le gaspillage autant les techniques mises en place pour limiter la consommation ne sont pas à la hauteur

Mysigt och trevligt boende mitt i Biarritz, nära till prick allt. Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal.
Pros:

Det centrala läget och att det var mysigt med trädgården utanför hotellet.

Cons:

Stimmigt från gatan på natten om vi ville ha öppet fönster, men det blev tyst när vi stängde.
Vår dusch luktade illa typ som avlopp eller alger.
Tungt att bära bagage 3 tr utan hiss.
Frukosten inte så värst imponerande, och man fick säga till om att saker var slut.
