Toujours un plaisir de séjourner ici , personnel hyper sympa, accueil comme nulle part ailleurs avec une carte personnalisée de bienvenue posée sur le lit que l'on remarque immédiatement en entrant dans la chambre , petit déjeuner très complet, emplacement central dans Biarritz près des commerces, des restaurants et des bus, tout est vraiment très agréable à l'hôtel Alfred les Halles !

Location excellent, next to market and cafes/bars, near beach, near shops. Rooms clean and modern.

Unhappy with room on first might but reallocated to a new room for rest of week. Very good spacious clean room.

La ubicación, el desayuno, la limpieza de la habitación. Aunque nos alojaron en un edificio anexo al hotel, la habitación era agradable, con un balcón soleado.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le côté maison de vacances de cet hôtel, bien décoré, avec un personnel au petit soin, mais décontracté. Les chambres sont bien équipées et confortables, le petit déjeuner est généreux et très bon. Chaque petite attention a été très appréciée.
Point positif pour le service conciergerie qui vous prend en charge quelques jours avant votre arrivée et vous accompagne pendant le séjour selon vos besoins.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées dans l'annexe.

Amazing place and Amazing people,
Pros:

Laura and the reception team did an amazing job upon arrival. She made sure we had the best start to the trip. She and the whole team was very welcoming and have gave us the best service. We had the same experince in the court yard with the 3 guys in the van making great drinks and gave us really good recomendations, for restaurants, surfing spots etc. The hotel was nice clean and super located minutes walk from everything. We where very pleased for our stay and we will be looking very much forward to visit again.
