Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux et dévoué ainsi que les petites attentions du personnel. Sans comparaison! L'hôtel est charmant, confortable et super bien situé.

Cons:

L'étroitesse de la salle de bain. D'après photo de la chambre choisie, on s'attendait à qqch de moins étroit.

Toute l'équipe (Luc et les filles) de l'hôtel est très professionnelle, très à l'écoute. Il y a une très bonne ambiance et ils sont très accueillants. L'hôtel est parfaitement bien placé à 3 minutes des plages. Je recommande à 100%

On se sent immédiatement bien dans cet hôtel très charmant et très central, juste en face des halles. La terrasse devant l’hôtel est extrêmement agréable, que ce soit pour le petit dej ou pour boire un verre et grignoter quelques tapas. À proximité immédiate de tout. Le personnel est naturel et très accueillant (mention particulière à Armel au bar/restaurant et Vanessa, au service conciergerie !). Nous reviendrons !

Pros:

Fint litet hotell mitt i staden men ändå så lugnt.
Mysig familjär stämning och samtidigt elegant.
Matilda och alla som arbetar på hotellet är fantastiska! Trevliga, måna om sina gäster och har skapat det där lilla extra som gör att man vill komma tillbaka. Trevlig enkel mysig liten restaurang i trädgården utanför.

Personal y servicio. Encantadores y serviciales. Vendidos con un producto muy mejorable.

Muy malas condiciones. Ajado y las escaleras en plena reconstrucción. El lunes nos despertaron los obreros en plena faena. En el baño las rodillas pegaban en el radiador.

Boutique Hotel semplicemente fantastico. Lo staff è accogliente e premuroso. La colazione eccezionale si fa una piccola veranda veramente molto romantica. La camera era bellissima con una vista mare mozzafiato. La posizione centralissima vicino a negozi e ristoranti ma al contempo molto silenziosa. Ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Alfred Hotels Les Halles! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Biarritz and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed for a couple of nights as a family and loved the warm, personal atmosphere. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – one of the highlights of our stay! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

A special thank you to Vanessa and the concierge team for their kindness, attention to detail and excellent service. They truly made our stay even more memorable.

Immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Die Lage bei "Les Halles" ist sehr gut.
Kaffee kann den ganzen Tag über kostenlos bezogen werden.
Früchte stehen den Tag hindurch zur Verfügung, ebenso Artikel vom Frühstücksbuffet (Brot, Süssspeisen).
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr gut.
Das Bett war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Auf die Sauberkeit in den öffentlichen Räumen sollte mehr geachtet werden (bei unserem Besuch wurde allerdings der Teppich im Treppenhaus ersetzt, was den ersten Eindruck sicherlich besser machen wird).
Der Aussenbereich wurde am Morgen nicht zum Frühstücken genutzt und war um 09:00 Uhr vom Abend vorher noch nicht wieder hergerichtet (Tische geputzt, Stühle ordentlich an den Tischen, Kissen auf den Stühlen etc.).
Das Frühstück war bei einem vorherigen Besuch besser (ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die Scrambled Eggs aus dem TetraPack kommen und es früher mehr Auswahl gab).
