Lovely hotel, great location
Pros:

It was centrally located and we were upgraded to a lovely room as we were celebrating my birthday

Cons:

The bar closed too early, breakfast was nice but not replenished so I had to ask for things, and there was no soap in the toilet next to the breakfast room, even though both myself and husband told them it had run out.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

De locatie van het hotel, met daarbij het heerlijke terras en restaurant.
Daarnaast echt een compliment voor het personeel, zo ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Daar kan menig hotel/restaurant nog wat van leren! Dit maakt echt het verschil, oprechte service en Hospitality.

Perfect location poor attentive staff and experience

Position was amazing. We really liked. Also the bar on the Hotel porch as he was super moody super nice a parity and stuff unfortunately you didn’t get discount even if it’s literally in front of the hotel. Comfy beds

Cons:

The rooms were generally clean, but our experience was mixed. The first room we were given was in the basement, very humid, and the air conditioning was not working, making it quite uncomfortable. Fortunately, the staff moved us to a larger and nicer room, which we appreciated. However, this room was located near the bar and breakfast area, so it was quite noisy.
We expected some basic amenities such as slippers, but these were not provided. We only received two towels each, and when towels were replaced, some were often missing. Since the room was far from reception and had no telephone, contacting staff was inconvenient.
Housekeeping could have been more attentive. Coffee capsules, tea, and chamomile were not replenished, and used glasses were not replaced. There was also no minibar, and drinking water was not readily available, requiring us to go to reception each time.
Breakfast was disappointing. Although service ran until 10:00 a.m., when we arrived around 9:00 a.m. there was very little food left. The selection was limited, the fruit quality was poor, and the breakfast area felt hot, humid, and not particularly clean. The visible kitchen area also appeared untidy.
Finally, when we asked for help renting a car, reception only directed us to a website. We were hoping for more assistance, especially since we do not speak the local language.

Charmant petit endroit et bien situé et décoré avec gout

Cons:

Pour que ce soit très bien il aurait fallu que l édredon ne soit pas tâché ainsi que le mobilier et surtout que la poussière soit bien faite.
Le petit déjeuner était de moyenne qualité: peu de fruits et abîmés et de la veille. Viennoiseries de mauvaise qualité et au pays du gâteau basque un gâteau basque industriel... Les yaourts chauds à 9h du matin, jus d orange industriel. Un peu dommage pour un trois étoiles alors qu il suffirait de pas grand chose pour que ce soit très bien....

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel idéalement situé avec un personnel très gentil et attentionné
Pros:

Emplacement idéal au coeur de Biarritz proche des halles. Personnel très attentionné (Joséphine et ses collègues), Vanessa la concierge très réactive et efficace. Petite guinguette dans la cour de l'hôtel qui donne beaucoup de charme à l'établissement ! Petit déjeuner délicieux.

Cons:

Plus de transparence sur le type de chambres à disposition dans l'hôtel (plusieurs bâtiments composent l'hôtel, toutes les chambres ne sont pas dans le bâtiment rue Gambetta, 2 autres se situent dans la rue Alcide Augey avec des chambres moins accueillantes)
