The Astor, een super hotel met top crew!
Pros:

Super vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Uitstekende kamer. Mooi zwembad met genoeg ligbedden en kinderbad. Zeer goed ontbijt. Uitstekende Experience manager die zeer goede toeren, eetgelegenheden etc kan regelen.

Cons:

De locatie is ok. Een taxi kwartiertje eerder bestellen dan dat je hem nodig hebt.

Pros:

Great hotel right on the center of everything but off the main road so you hear no noise. Hotel is exceptionally clean. The restaurant on site is great with lovely breakfast daily and a good food menu.

Just wow ! Pure quality, outstanding luxury
Pros:

Absolutely everything! From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very special. All the staff were welcoming, very smart and friendly. The stand out for me was Rachel and Kim in guest services and the lady who was head of housekeeping (I didn’t catch her name). The hotel is beautifully finished, attention to detail is second to none. Choice of pillows in the rooms is a wonderful touch. The restaurant and high team are of excellent quality and the breakfast was the best we have had in the whole of our time in India.
We also experienced the spa, a couples massage in the comfort of our room which was really special.
If you are visiting the Candolim area, this hotel is the best in the business and I don’t say that easily

Overall it was very good experience with Astor.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, like the clinliness, and especially staffs are really good.

Cons:

Only thing I didnt like is the Sofa cum bed. It was not that comfort.

Great stay in beautiful hotel
Pros:

Really lovely property, close to Candolim Beach (with complimentary transfers. Staff were great and we appreciated the upgrade. Restaurant and live music were fantastic.

Cons:

A couple of power cuts but that is pretty standard in India.

An excellent boutique hotel
Pros:

The suite was excellent. The proportion of the rooms and lounge area were amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were hospitable and polite at all times. The place was very clean.

Cons:

If you needed to anywhere you needed a car.
