A very happy stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Atsor Hotel, Goa, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

The location is excellent—Candolim Beach is just a 10-minute drive away, yet the hotel is tucked away in a peaceful lane, far from the hustle and bustle of Goa's busy roads. It offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

The rooms are exceptionally spacious, with plenty of natural light during the day and excellent artificial lighting in the evenings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, complemented by a soft bouncy mattress and a choice of soft pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

A pleasant surprise was the complimentary fully stocked minibar, which was a thoughtful touch and added to the overall experience.

The swimming pool is large, clean, and very well maintained. Having a poolside bar makes it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing or at the beach.

One detail that really stood out was the pleasant fragrance throughout the hotel. The aroma system creates a fresh and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

Hospitality is where Atsor Hotel truly excels. Every member of the staff—from the doorman and front office team to the restaurant staff and housekeeping—was warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a genuine smile.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options that changed every day, making each morning something to look forward to. We also dined at the hotel's restaurant, and every meal was flavourful and well prepared.

Overall, Atsor Hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. With its excellent location, spacious rooms, attentive staff, outstanding food, and thoughtful amenities, it offers exceptional value for money. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Goa.

A dressing mirror needs to be provided either in the bedroom or the living room. There is only 1 mirror in the bathroom. hence it was very inconvenient for the ladies to dress up.

The shower pressure was a bit low.

Cons:

Housekeeping staff and Guest experience manager - Ms Kimberly, was superb but the room service staff and restaurant staff were very lousy and also the restaurant could have more better menu.

Excellent place for a Family Holiday

Super experience staying at The Astor Goa from start to finish!

*Rooms*: Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the views were a bonus.
*Pool*: Pristine and perfect to unwind — loved the vibe and temperature.
*Gym*: Well-equipped and modern. Rare to find a hotel gym this good.
*Restaurant*: Food was exceptional across the board. Service was warm and attentive without being intrusive.
*Breakfast*: So so very good! Huge variety, everything fresh, and the live counters were a highlight. Could have this every day.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. Location is excellent too. Already planning to come back. Highly recommend The Astor for anyone visiting Goa.

Pros:

vraiment top ! La piscine au centre de l'hotel, donc à l'ombre. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin et la propreté nickel ! Le petit dej qu'on peux prendre jusqu'à tard, et super bon et beaucoup de choix ( oeuf benedicte, doosa, etc)

Cons:

l'hotel est petit par rapport à d'autres hotel mais les chambres sont vraiment spacieuse donc c'était top!
Les snack du 16h sont peux être à revoir

Pros:

The staff was friendly and they were very helpful towards us since we had our baby along. The property was very good for the price. Totally worth. We enjoyed our stay over there. It was clean. The food was great and it was overall a comfortable stay.

The hotel surpassed my expectations, very rarely you find the property being up to match with reviews but Astor Goa is by far the best hotel in terms of facilities, hospitalities and staff.. really cherished my time and look forward to visiting soon
