Decently Good
Pros:

Swimming pool, comfy bed, restaurant fruit, friendliness of staffs, good location, right opposite beach

Cons:

TV not working, AC not cold, housekeeping not up to standard (floor sandy, we have 3 pax but given 2 towels & water only, not consistent)

Personal, Lage und Ausstattung für längere und kürzere Urlaube in Karon, ideal.
Pros:

Die Lage ist tatsächlich eine 10/10. Der Weg zu den Zimmern durchs Restaurant, am Pool vorbei durch die Lobby ist wirklich jedesmal herzlich und ein Erlebnis.

Ærgerlig og ubehagelig oplevelse med hotellets manager

Det var rent og hyggeligt. Fin beliggenhed og rigtig god morgenmad.

Cons:

Hele stedet havde egentlig fortjent en bedre vurdering, men på grund af en meget ubehagelig oplevelse med hotellets manager ender vi desværre med at give 1 stjerne.

Min kæreste og jeg var nede og spise i hotellets restaurant. Da min kæreste sætter sig ned på stolen og læner sig tilbage, vælter en vase, som hotellet havde placeret lige bag stolen. Det var tydeligvis et uheld. Alligevel vælger hotellets manager straks at påstå, at det var vores ansvar, og endda antyde, at det var gjort med vilje.

Vi bad derfor om at få videoovervågningen gennemgået, da situationen på ingen måde var sket med vilje. På optagelserne kunne man også tydeligt se, at det blot var et uheld. På trods af dette insisterede manageren i omkring 45 minutter på, at vi skulle betale for vasen. Vi forklarede flere gange roligt, at vi ikke ønskede at betale for noget, vi ikke havde gjort med vilje, og at det udelukkende var et hændeligt uheld, særligt når genstanden stod placeret så tæt bag stolen.

Undervejs truede han endda med at tilkalde politiet, hvis vi ikke betalte. Vi svarede, at det naturligvis stod ham frit for, da vi ikke mente at have gjort noget forkert. Efterfølgende forsøgte han at “forhandle” prisen ned og bad os betale et mindre beløb end først krævet, men vi fastholdt, at vi ikke ville betale for en situation, som tydeligt fremgik af overvågningen var et uheld.

Det mest ærgerlige ved oplevelsen var ikke selve uheldet, men måden situationen blev håndteret på. Vi følte os mistænkeliggjort og presset i en situation, hvor vi blot forsøgte at forklare, hvad der var sket. Det efterlod desværre et meget negativt indtryk af stedet.

the room was quite good, with a nice seaview. Breakfast was good

Cons:

there was a terrible sewer stink inside the room. i don't know if they had a problem that solved after few days, but i've had to buy an air freshner for my room: quite disappointing.

Pros:

Trevlig och vänlig personal. Det lilla poolområdet var en mysig oas att ta igen sig på efter stranden. Har egentligen inget att klaga på vad gäller hotellet.

Cons:

Frukosten: Man fick välja på olika menyer, vilket var ok. Det godaste var ägg benedikt md bröd , lax och avocado. Saknade dock naturell yoghurt, den man kunde få var sötad.? Hotellet ligger mitt i smeten m n inbäddat så det märks inte av förrän du kommer utanför.

Nettes Hotel. Wollten wir Phuket nochmal besuchen, werden wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Saubere Zimmer und netter Poolbereich. Tolles Restaurant. :)

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt zentral und daher war es Abends teilweise sehr laut (Feuerwerk etc.). Hat uns persönlich aber nicht gestört, da es im Poolbereich sehr ruhig und schön war.

Gemytligt hotell med excellent service
Pros:

Jag tyckte om den gemytliga stämningen, excellenta servicen och närheten till beachen samtidigt som sffärsgatorna finns utanför. Restaurangen har mycket bra matsedel, vällagat och det särskilda matrummet med aircon för dem som önskar.

Mitt rum var vackert inrett med en lagom hård säng. Hit återvänder jag gärna. Mycket prisvärt hotell.

Cons:

Fanns inget jag inte uppskattade.

Sehr schöne Zimmer aber sehr laut

Wer den Trubel mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Sehr nettes Personal. Nett eingerichtetes Zimmer.

Pros:

Very lovely hotel with very a friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Reception very helpfull. Breakfast luxe, you can choose from the menucard.
Overall i recommend thuis hotel highly and we willen come back for sure. Staff of baan sailom thank you for everything
