Highly recommend this hostel and their tours!
Pros:

Comfortable beds and helpfull staff.
We also booked the 3 nights 4 days tour with them to do the Ha Giang loop with easydriver. This was such a great experience! We were well taken care of during the whole trip.

I am very impressed with my two friends, Mitchel Bui and Richard Hoang.
Pros:

The room is clean, airy, and equipped with comfortable beds. The linens are washed and changed regularly. It is suitable for couples, groups of friends, or solo travelers. The bathrooms and toilets are always clean, with a full supply of hot water. The biggest highlight of Majestic Hostel is the friendliness of Richard Hoang and Mitchel Bui.

Qualité prix imbattable !
Pros:

Le gérant de l’hôtel est adorable !
Il a pu m’accueillir à 3h du matin et m’organiser la loop pour un départ à 8h30.
J’ai payé 150 euros pour l’ensemble, 1 nuit à l’hostel avec petit dej et ensuite 3 jours 2 nuits sur la loop (avec driver tout compris) et même le retour sur Hanoi est inclus.
Le groupe de la loop n’était pas énorme comparé aux autres compagnies ce qui était très agréable.

Les logements choisis sur la loop sont confortables et les repas copieux et varié.

Je vous invite vraiment à venir ici !

Pros:

Mitchel ist super engagiert und hat uns perfekt für den Loop ausgestattet und war immer für Fragen erreichbar. Die Bikes waren in top Zustand und er hat uns nach dem Loop nochmal ohne weitere Kosten im Zimmer entspannen lassen und zum Bus gefahren.

Hostel gut, Tour lieber woanders buchen.
Pros:

Grundsätzlich ein wirklich tolles Hostel.

Cons:

Die schlechte Bewertung kommt aufgrund der Hà Giang Loop Tour, welche ich hier gebucht habe. Der angeblich gut English sprechende Guide konnte kein einziges Wort englisch. Der Fahrer fuhr sehr wild und hat auch auf Wünsche kaum geachtet. Ich hatte teilweise wirklich Angst. Am 2. Tag wurde ein wichtiger Aussichtspunkt vergessen, dieser wurde dann am 3. Tag nachgeholt, anschließend wurde allerdings der kürzeste Weg zurück nach Ha Giang genommen und damit effektiv kein Loop gefahren. Eine Runde wurde also nicht gedreht.
Diese Erfahung habe ich mit dem Besitzer und Tourenanbieter geteilt. Dieser wollte davon offenbar nichts wissen und vertröstete mich mit einer kostenlosen Nacht, das waren dann rund 2,2% nachträglicher Rabatt auf die 3 Tages Tour.
