While booking, it was shown that breakfast is complimentary. I went with other two persons for breakfast and I told my room number. She told me that for one person charges will be additional. I said okay and paid for the extra person. After finishing my breakfast I was told that it is not complimentary and I have to pay. This was absurd. I should have been informed the same when I told my room number. Also why it is not complimentary for online bookings?
