Η τοποθεσία του Chateau είναι μοναδική μέσα στο δάσος, την πισίνα του με την υπέροχη θέα. Χαρίζει ηρεμία και χαλάρωση. Το ίδιο ισχύει και για τις παροχές spa. Το πρωινό είναι πολύ καλό και σερβίρεται στη βεράντα με θέα την πισίνα και το γύρω δάσος
Δεν μας άρεσε η συμπεριφορά των υπαλλήλων της ρεσεψιόν, όταν διαμαρτυρηθήκαμε για το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν το πρώτο βράδυ, το οποίο δεν ανταποκρίνονταν στις προδιαγραφές deluxe δωματίου 35 τμ, για το οποίο είχαμε κάνει κράτηση, αφού δεν χωρούσαμε εμείς και οι αποσκευές μας (Observatory Room). Mάλιστα υπήρξαν τόσο αγενείς, που κανονικά η βαθμολογία μας θα έπρεπε να είναι κάτω από 05, αλλά δεν θέλουμε να αδικήσουμε το κατάλυμα. Τελικά αποδέχθηκαν το λάθος τους και το επόμενο βράδυ μας μετέφεραν σε ένα αξιοπρεπές δωμάτιο, κατώτερης κατηγορίας από αυτή που είχαμε κλείσει με αντίστοιχη μείωση τιμής. Φυσικά αυτό δεν λύνει το πρόβλημα, αφού αν θέλαμε κατώτερο δωματίου. θα το είχαμε κλείσει εξ αρχής
Fantastic view, castle was very impressive and roo.s great, pool was nice
Air-conditioning weak and stopped at night, very slow service and breakfast was out of basic elements, our shower had an issue that made the floor fluted after every shower but hotel stuff didn't know or want to fix it. Our kids room was great but at a separate location 5 min walk away
מקום מדהים,מעוצב באופן מרשים..שהינו בסוויטה בבית הסנאי,היא מרווחת מאוד,נקיה היה לנו מטבחון קטן ומקרר,מזגן בסלון ובחדר,מרפסת לנוף קסום ולמרות שהמקום היה מלא היה שקט והיתה פרטיות מלאה.

Brautiful location and excellent service
Nous avons été séduits par la beauté et le charme de cet établissement, niché dans un cadre magnifique. Les espaces extérieurs sont particulièrement remarquables : jardins parfaitement entretenus, environnement paisible et vues splendides qui invitent à la détente.
Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et son grand professionnalisme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa réactivité face à nos demandes, toujours prises en compte rapidement et avec beaucoup d’attention.
Le restaurant est également à la hauteur du lieu. La qualité des plats, la présentation soignée et les saveurs proposées ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Un grand bravo aux serveurs, attentifs, souriants et très professionnels, qui assurent un service fluide et agréable tout au long du repas.
Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation pour la qualité de son cadre, l’agrément de ses espaces extérieurs, l’excellence de sa restauration et la gentillesse de l’ensemble de l’équipe. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
