Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows cheap and uncomfortable. No wardrobe space and no cooking facilities and only one cup. Facilities in the room need much improvement

I liked everything since it is within the city. Accessible if you have your motorcycle to stroll along near malls such as Ayala and Robinsons. I really did enjoy my stay at this place. Comfortable and relaxing. The staff of the condominium are respectful and nice.
Lowell and Archie made sure to answer all my queries so that's a plus. No hustle in check my check in and check out.
The city lights view at night is heavenly gooooooood.
I just hope the water in the main sink is working but not a big issue at all. 10/10 in my overall experience.

What I love about the Grand Residence is its location. It’s close to the IT Park, which we often visit, and the area isn’t crowded at all. The place is nice and simple, and I haven’t had any problems with it whatsoever.
So far, I haven't had any problems with my stay. The place is good and nice overall. However, there are a few downsides: there’s no closet for clothes, check-in time is quite late at 3 PM, and there’s an extra charge to use the pool and gym. Also, the elevator is really slow and can get a bit crowded. That said, the room is clean and cool, and I’ve had a good stay.

The unit is good. I just didn't like the elevator because sometimes, we have to wait for a long time just to get to the unit and in going down, too.

Food nearby the staff are super friendly. I enjoyed view and the size of the room suprised me. Kept clean and stocked full of water in the fridge.
I'm already staying here so paying to use the pool or the gym is a bit much. That should be a given for guests.
Very cozy and clean. Very responsive host. The water pressure is excellent. Also great facilities; the hot iron helped a lot.
The bidet doesn’t function well when the knob is turned all the way. But i learned my way around it eventually, so it was alright in the end.
Location. Room was spotless. Everything needed was provided.
As this is a B & B , staff on reception do not assist guests as well as expected. NOTE- When booking via booking.com is not listed as a B & B is listed as Private Host - this is our mistake for not understanding the difference. Private is a live in residence.
