Was very clean and a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent.
The room was clean and comfy although the bed could have been a bit bigger.
The quiz was fun to join in with and our meal was excellent.
Everything was good. As said before although it was comfy the bed could have been a bit bigger.
Enjoyed everything. Always try to stay here when visiting Southbourne. Dog friendly, lovely food, great staff ( thanks Melissa for looking after us again).

I would like to have had a bath, not a shower. But most places don’t seem to do bath anymore.
Location was great overlooking the beach. Breakfast was great value at £10.
We were on the 2nd floor and stairs were a little difficult to navigate. A lift would have been good.

The location was spot on and the restaurant for an evening meal was very good.
The room was extremely small and not seen any tlc for many years. The radiators didnt work and we had to rely on an electric fan heater. Room was freezing. The breakfast was poor. Bacon was burnt to a crisp, eggs undercooked. No pastries. Flys constantly at top of stairs.

Everything was as it said so no complaints. Just confusing as booked two similar hotels through Booking.com and each time after payment was taken the message said room wasn't guaranteed and to ring to confirm - something which is time consuming and could do without.
Perfect for what we needed. All the staff were really friendly and our room had everything we needed for our one night stay. Our lab was given a sausage at breakfast which we thought was lovely. We would happily return.
Our daughter wanted a bath in the morning but as we were running the tap the water was brown. Didn’t affect our stay though ☺️

The bedroom needed some TLC
Everything was perfect. 15 minute drive from Bournemouth in a quiet location directly above the beach. Parking was easy outside the hotel. Delicious food served and very nice cocktails. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly since we arrived
One evening we waited almost an hour for a meal which didn't taste the best due to a busy evening and staff rushed off their feet
Shower was tiny.
