Worst Experience
Pros:

Worst experience. I didn't like anything, the hotel didn't meet the expectations and the experience was the worst. They made us more frustrated.

Cons:

The room was booked and paid for in advance, and the reporting/check-in time was 12 PM. We reached the hotel at around 2 PM, but despite having a confirmed and fully paid booking, the room we had specifically booked was not allocated to us. Instead, we were given a temporary room and asked to wait.

We had already travelled and reached the hotel expecting the room to be ready, but we were made to wait for nearly 3 hours. Finally, at around 5 PM, we were given the actual room we had booked. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially considering that the room had been booked and paid for in advance.

To make matters worse, even after receiving the correct room, the basic and essential amenities were missing. There was no soap, no towels, no bedsheets, and no bedspread. These are basic necessities that should have been provided before the room was handed over to us.

Another major issue was the complimentary breakfast. I specifically booked a room/package that included complimentary breakfast. However, when we had breakfast, we were charged separately for it. This was not what was promised at the time of booking, and it is extremely disappointing to be charged extra for something that was clearly included in the booking.

Overall, the entire experience was poorly managed and extremely frustrating. We had to wait for hours for a room that was already booked and paid for, the room was not properly prepared, basic amenities were missing, and we were additionally charged for breakfast that was supposed to be complimentary. This is far below the standard of service we expected and not an experience anyone should have after making a confirmed booking.

Pros:

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Although you need to let them know your preferred time if you plan to go out, they clean the room every day. The desk was spacious, making it easy to work on my computer. Bottled water, soap, and bath towels were provided. It was very quiet at night. The location was close to a main street. The outlets were compatible with Japanese plugs.

Cons:

I spotted small cockroaches in the room a few times. The lighting was only around the bed, so the area around the desk was dim. The bottled water was 500 ml. It wasn’t a problem for me since I didn’t use it, but the TV didn’t turn on. When I inquired about this at the front desk, someone rang my doorbell around 11:00 PM on the day before my check-out. I was asleep, so it was unpleasant.

Pros:

Thought Fab collaboration gives better service but the hotel didn't reach basic expectations with that price.

Cons:

Room was not sanitized and seen cockroachs during stay which is not expected with this hotel price. I would have picked other options near benz circle.

Management needs to look into their cons .

Pros:

The property was clean , location was good

Cons:

Staff behavior was very rude, she did not get the room for which we paid. No proper parking space. In the breakfast, there are only two items. However those items are served in the parking area overall, I will not recommend this hotel. Not worth for money.

The stay is very disappointing and wont stay at this location again.
Cons:

The room fan regulator is not working and the fan is running at full speed. The staff response is minimal. Had to sleep in that cold otherwise the mosquitoes are horrible.
