For 2 days (we only booked for 3 nights) we didn’t have power. Bearing in mind you need power to get into the building. Also 3 floors of stairs in pitch black, my mum ended up falling over. One night I couldn’t get into the property and had to stay elsewhere. AC also wouldn’t work without electricity.

The ‘5 minute walk’ is up hill and over cobbled roads. With heavy suitcases this was very tiring. The staff recognised the problem when it was suggested the hotel organise a buggy but shrugged their shoulders about following up on the recommendation . Older guests could struggle getting between the hotel reception where you pick up the codes and the apartments

Apartment was dark and small. Not suitable for a long stay I. Rome

Kitchen facilities are I. A cubbies which is pretty cramped to get to. No bottled water or small milk carton provided on arrival

The rooms were small
We found lashes and makeup on the bedding . I asked for it to change but they will send a cover. I insisted on changing it and they brought a new one.

We had trouble getting to the location, since the real location was different from the one in Booking.
We took an uber which was pricey for the very short trip, and we couldn’t find the apartment. When we arrived, the location was incorrect. We contacted them and they sent the address, which was the opposite direction from where we were.
Once we arrived, we couldn’t get into the apartment or the building. The code didn’t work, and door won’t open.
We contacted them again, and once we got into the building, we couldn’t find the apartment, because it had different number and letters on the door.
We waited two hours until one of the staff came to help usr ( Islam ) . He was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience.

They don’t tell you about the stairs getting up to the room. Carrying suitcases up that far without knowing.

Lots of stairs

When we booked on Booking.com the photos shown are of a larger apartment. We specifically booked because there was an additional sofa bed, which we thought was in a lounge/dining area as we are sisters, not a couple. However, we only had one room and the sofa bed was in the bedroom. The 'kitchen' was in a cupboard in the hallway of the apartment and although very clean, was tiny and really only useful for the fridge and storing items, no room to cook. As the weather was good, we carried all food up to the roof terrace, but as no chairs or table in the apt itself, this would have been difficult if raining. It would not stop us booking again, but we were disappointed as we were expecting something else. The stairs to the apartment are tight and difficult with suitcases, so bear this in mind when booking.

The description of ‘superior apartment’ stated living room with separate bedroom. This was not the case. The sofa bed was in the one room. Travelling with adult family member - this was not appropriate. There was no dining table - no microwave, no ironing facilities - no washing machine as advertised.
A clear misrepresentation - and consequently overpriced.
On arrival we were advised that we had to go to the partner hotel to register. A ten minute walk away - not advised on booking.
The apartment was on the third floor - with no elevator. The details as advertised by booking.com states that there is an elevator.
Two of our party were elderly - and this together with no handrail on upper floor proved a challenge. Especially when moving suitcases. Two stairs within the apartment were also a handicap.
Complaints logged to the hotel and booking.com have been ignored!,
Certainly would never have booked this accommodation under the circumstances.

It is not clear from the description that the apartments are a 10 minute walk from the hotel. This is where the luggage can be left, along with other services.
The website does not make it clear that the apartments are all on the upper floors with numerous flights of stairs. We were on the 4th floor and the stairs gradually became narrower with no handrail. There is no lift.
