Pros:

Séjour très agréable dans cette résidence. Les lieux sont propres, calmes et bien entretenus. Le linge sent très bon le propre, ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel est très sympathique, à l’écoute et toujours serviable.

Nothing like advertised or reviewed. We left after 1 night.
Cons:

This accommodation wasn't for us. The surrounding environment is a building site and the complex felt like a ghost village. We didn't hear or see any other evidence of holidays makers alongside us and the occasional people we did see appeared to be residents or grounds-workers. There are few amenities within walking distance. Taxi's are required to get to and from anywhere further than the golf club restaurant. The pool was in an open area overlooked by all the other apartments and it felt completely inappropriate to sunbath around it in a Muslim country.

The booking information stated check-in from 3pm, i.e., standard practice anywhere. We hadn't explicitly stated when we expected to arrive because we were unsure and we wouldn't have expected to need to stipulate unless it was unusually early or late. When we made contact with the host at about 2:15pm on arrival in the country and they replied with the guidance on how to enter the property, we expected that the property was therefore ready for us to access. Unfortunately, at 2:45pm the domestic team had not even begun their visit following the previous guests.

The general presentation of the apartment was shabby in many places. Bathroom tiling was poorly finished with tiles not lying straight and grouting holes everywhere. The surfaces in the living room were streaked or water-marked. The laminate in the kitchen was badly peeling. One of the lights over the hob was out. There was a gaping hole behind a plug socket in the kitchen. A chair at the table was broken and almost cause injury to one of us who sat on it unawares. One of the outside chairs was split. The twin bedroom smelt damp and curtains didn't really block the light. The toasty-maker was left plugged in before our arrival and was a fire hazard overnight until discovered. We were also unimpressed when the property manager offered to arrange a full refund direct transfer if we paid him half the booking in cash.

Pros:

L’appartement était lumineux, propre. Il y avait des équipements pour faire la cuisine.
La terrasse du logement est tres agréable.
La piscine au milieu de la résidence était agréable.
L’hôte était sympathique et à l’écoute.

Cons:

Quelques équipements à revoir (poubelles, cuvettes endommagées, lumière de la hotte à réparer).
On entend bien les avions passer (cela dit dans les jardins de la Mamounia également!)

Agradable estancia con piscina y cerca del aeropuerto.
Pros:

La habitación estaba lista antes del horario previsto. Lo hemos encontrado muy limpio y el personal muy servicial, se encuentra ubicado muy cerca del aeropuerto por lo que fue muy práctico para nuestra ultima noche.
