HORRIBLE IN JOHANNESBURG
Pros:

Horrible, they dnt even have reservation when we first checked in. Showers flooded, washer door broke ( old washer and dryer) and the owner tried to blame us. Twice in the middle of the night a fowl oder would fill the apartment. It smelled like raw sewage. Customer service at apartment and Johannesburg in general was bad. Would not recommend this apartment or trip to Johannesburg to my worst enemy.

On arrival there were clothes in washing machine...messaged.owner said will.collect next day
Never collected

Messaged owner her toaster was not working. Imstead of resolving the issues she kind of acussed me.of possinly spoling it...buy stating it was working yesterday? Very unprofsssional.

Again no action taken.
Stayed 3.nights. no new toaster or response after.above remarks

2nd day messaged and called to ask help.on using oven/stove. Did not answer or call me.back

Sad. Wont not recommend

Beautiful apartment with room for improvement ✨️
Pros:

The apartment was quite specious and beautiful at the same time.

Cons:

1. The apartment was not cleaned daily, and even if we wanted to clean it,it was gonna be impossible cause the only thing that was there was a mop. We only had towels for a day and only had 1 toilet paper per room.Dustbin was overflowing and didn't even have an extra refusebag.

The property is modern and has everything you could possibly need

Cons:

I didn’t like that it’s not a 3 bedroom the description is not clear - it’s not a 3 bedroom and there is no balcony. I also didn’t like that there is one access key for 4 guests, should be two at least

Pros:

The location is the best and the security is good wow those guys deserve all compliments

Cons:

If only the can get rid of dagga smoking guest or tenants yoh whatever dagga they were smoking smells right into the apartment without opening the windows luckily it’s winter we could have burnt cause you cannot open windows with that stench of dagga scent

Pros:

The apartment was clean, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was perfect. Has all the basic amenities and close to Sandton City

Cons:

The noise... the noise from the restaurant goes on till midnight and despite closing doors and windows, you still hear the noise... then the patrons leave and it's the noise of the cars and bikes ... the noise definitely makes the flat unappealing unfortunately

Absolutely lovely!!
Pros:

The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, extremely clean and everything I needed was provided for by host. Also loved that it was an apartment style with Hotel set up. Access cards were needed at every stage within the elevators and the various floors. This made us feel super safe.

Cons:

Our place had no air conditioning, for a hot day this would have been a nightmare. And at night it gets hot.
