Pros:

Das Apartment an sich war OK. Betten waren bequem. Den Balkon würde ich nicht als solches bezeichnen. Keinen m2 groß und die Tür nach außen zu öffnen. Also draußen entspannt sitzen ist nicht. WLAN war gut. Die Lage an sich auch, aber sehr laut weil auf allen Seiten Baustellen, die montags bis sonntag von morgens bis abends arbeiten. Dazu. Ich irgendwo eine super Laute Bar.

Cons:

Kommunikation mit dem Personal war quasi kaum möglich, da niemand auch nur ein Wort Englisch spricht. Das Heißwasser hat am ersten Tag kaum funktionweit. Beim aufdrehen auf heiß hat es super laut geblubbert und alles gewackelt, sodass sich die Shampoohalterung lockerte und auf sie Armatur rutschte. Eine Flasche fiel dadurch zu Boden, für die wir aufkommen sollten, was ewige Diskussionen mit sich zog. Auf meine Frage wie man die Dusche umstellt, hab ich bis heute keine Antwort. Kommunikation und Servicegedanke nicht zufriedenstellend.

Pros:

The room was not clean, and the sheets were not changed after the previous guests left, there were leftovers from the sleeping guests, even when I asked the clerk in the lobby to change the sheets, she smiled stupidly and sent the cleaner to stretch them and say that they were as if they had been changed. In addition, there is a smell of sewage in the rooms, something in the building's plumbing will not fix

Quiet place near the beach, very convenient
The hotel is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The room was clean, airy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. It’s close to many local restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonable price – I would definitely come back next time!

A relaxing, comfortable, and refreshing getaway – just what I needed.
Pros:

I love the friendliness of the receptionists – always welcoming with a smile and offering helpful support. The room is clean, fresh, and neat – stepping in feels like a reset after a long day.

Pros:

The hotel is in a good location and is on a quiet street. The room is fine.

Cons:

I would prefer to have a separate shower area and not have the bathroom floor wet after showering, but it dried fairly quickly and was not a problem.

Good overall but could be improved on
Pros:

Very convenient location. Balcony to dry clothes that one can wash in a machine. Big fridge. Cooking utensils. Plenty of space and storage. Functional electric sockets. Good shower. Working AC. Elevator. Nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

No shower cabin, ending in wet floor around the toilet. Bad smell, possibly due to mould in AC unit, that took a few days to mostly get rid off. Ant colony (just keep any sweet food / biscuits in the fridge to prevent them showing up). Intermittent WiFi Internet on 3rd floor.

Depends on which room you get, in my case, it was terrible
Pros:

The staff are nice and helpful.

Cons:

I spent 2 nights in a room which was very good looking, comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and whatnot, and I was planning to stay for a much longer time. And then the night came, and it turned out that there are several night clubs, bars and concert places jut below my window, with music, club noise and drunk people shouting until after 3 am. You had the feeling that you were actually in the middle of the noisy party, since the walls amplified the noises. It was really impossible to sleep.

They said they didn't have another room for me, but I asked again the next day, and for my last night, they moved me to a room which overlooks the other street without bars. The street where the entrance to the hotel is. The difference was night and day.

I suppose, that all the wonderful reviews come from people who stayed in rooms overlooking the entrance street, because I cannot imagine anyone giving a great score to a hotel room (however nice and good it may be otherwise), where you can NOT sleep. Oh, BTW, if you thought you may get some sleep in the morning, you are wrong - at 7am, the construction starts with all the noises you can imagine.

Pros:

Świetny nocleg, także na dłuższy pobyt dla digital nomada. Czysto, doskonale, bardzo praktyczne wyposażenie. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony, pralka, lodówka jak nowe, wygodne łóżko, nie ma biurka, ale jest miejsce do pracy, zawsze ciepła woda, szybkie Wi-Fi. Miły balkon, na którym są też wieszaki do suszenia prania. Doskonala lokalizacja. Idealnie mi się tu mieszkało. Z czystym sumieniem polecam.

Liked the location, and owner and his staff were very nice

Cons:

Construction noise was bad but that’s Danang. Shower not separate from toilet area so water on the floor . Windows have awnings that work as shutters, makes near impossible to look at the sky plus color of plastic awning gives the room a green hue
