Overall pretty good, with convenience and cost outweighing the minor negatives.
Pros:

Location was convenient and close to beach and good selection of vegan cafes and restaurants. Room was decent size with balcony (in the direction of the sea, but not a sea view) cooking and washing facilities as advertised.

Cons:

Construction of new hotel opposite was in progress (mid February 2026) though luckily no actual building work occurred during my stay as it was Tet (New Year). Due to the holidays and some unfortunate staffing circumstances, room could have been cleaner. Slight musty smell initially, but kept balcony window open for a bit which solved it. Also, small insects were intermittently visible around sink area. Bathroom drainage could have been better. Lighting was very clinical.

Pros:

Such a nice hotel in the heart of Da Nang. The rooms are very nice and spacious, clean and well-maintained.
Most importantly, the staff is absolutely lovely and very helpful to any need.
Definitely recommend for anybody staying in Da Nang.

Decent stay
Pros:

It a pretty decent place to stay. A lot of space, comfortable and good location. The owners are kind.

Cons:

I would rate it higher if it wouldn't be for the fact that the room is called 'with seaview' but you cant see even a millimeter of the sea. The pictures in the listing must have been done years ago because there is a building blocking everything. I am attaching the real view.

I would also like to advice that this month there are constructions all around the building and they start every day (including weekends) at 7am with a constant hammering session. I can only assume it is hearable in all the hotels in this area.

Отличное соотношение цена/качество. В 5 минутах ходьбы есть все: море, рестораны, магазины. Хороший напор горячей воды, мебель и обстановка свежие

Cons:

В середине пребывания под окнами стал работать бар, шум до 4 утра. В номере достаточно пыльно

Pros:

Das Apartment an sich war OK. Betten waren bequem. Den Balkon würde ich nicht als solches bezeichnen. Keinen m2 groß und die Tür nach außen zu öffnen. Also draußen entspannt sitzen ist nicht. WLAN war gut. Die Lage an sich auch, aber sehr laut weil auf allen Seiten Baustellen, die montags bis sonntag von morgens bis abends arbeiten. Dazu. Ich irgendwo eine super Laute Bar.

Cons:

Kommunikation mit dem Personal war quasi kaum möglich, da niemand auch nur ein Wort Englisch spricht. Das Heißwasser hat am ersten Tag kaum funktionweit. Beim aufdrehen auf heiß hat es super laut geblubbert und alles gewackelt, sodass sich die Shampoohalterung lockerte und auf sie Armatur rutschte. Eine Flasche fiel dadurch zu Boden, für die wir aufkommen sollten, was ewige Diskussionen mit sich zog. Auf meine Frage wie man die Dusche umstellt, hab ich bis heute keine Antwort. Kommunikation und Servicegedanke nicht zufriedenstellend.

Pros:

The room was not clean, and the sheets were not changed after the previous guests left, there were leftovers from the sleeping guests, even when I asked the clerk in the lobby to change the sheets, she smiled stupidly and sent the cleaner to stretch them and say that they were as if they had been changed. In addition, there is a smell of sewage in the rooms, something in the building's plumbing will not fix

Quiet place near the beach, very convenient
The hotel is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The room was clean, airy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. It’s close to many local restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonable price – I would definitely come back next time!

Pros:

The hotel is in a good location and is on a quiet street. The room is fine.

Cons:

I would prefer to have a separate shower area and not have the bathroom floor wet after showering, but it dried fairly quickly and was not a problem.

Good overall but could be improved on
Pros:

Very convenient location. Balcony to dry clothes that one can wash in a machine. Big fridge. Cooking utensils. Plenty of space and storage. Functional electric sockets. Good shower. Working AC. Elevator. Nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

No shower cabin, ending in wet floor around the toilet. Bad smell, possibly due to mould in AC unit, that took a few days to mostly get rid off. Ant colony (just keep any sweet food / biscuits in the fridge to prevent them showing up). Intermittent WiFi Internet on 3rd floor.
