Para repetir, super completo
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, recepción impecable y zonas comunes amplias. La habitación muy grande y el baño con ducha renovado. Camas comodísimas.
Barrio muy tranquilo, a 2 min de una calle principal con muchos buses que suben a zonas más céntricas, y a 15 min caminando de kioto station, la estación central de buses y trenes. El hotel es acogedor y está muy bien. Tiene lavadora y secadora con monedas que funciona muy bien. Volveríamos sin duda a repetir zona y hotel

Cons:

No hay servicio de limpieza, creo que cambian las toallas pasados 4-5 días, pro quizá el limpieza y sanear la habitación a diario lo echamos un poco en falta. Falta almacenaje en la habitación igual que en todo Japón. Poco más negativo que decir! Genial

Excellent and good value
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Rooms are a good size and well-equipped. Very useful desk plus kettle and good bathroom with powerful shower. There are local hot baths very nearby too. Note that except for the top floor, the window is glazed over so no view at all.

Cons:

Glazed window in the bedroom was a bit miserable if you’re in the room for a while (I was working remotely for part).

Room was pretty good, it was clean, location was close to bus station and train station as well. Staff was very friendly, had cold and warm water near the reception that we can drink from

Pros:

The room was clean (including a fun design in the bathroom), the staff were kind and helpful, and the location was not too far a walk to the nearest public transportation. It was a pretty residential area, but that felt like added charm with a more "authentic" Kyoto vs staying closer to downtown.

Cons:

Honestly not a lot of negative to report. The only thing I wish was better was the laundry situation on-site. The washer was fine, but the dryer barely seemed to dry anything well - if you payed for the full combined "wash + dry" cycle, you had to wait much longer than the given estimate, and if you paid for just a dry cycle, your clothes would come out still wet but (almost comically) piping hot. Overall, the dryer situation didn't negatively impact our stay too much - I would gladly come back to this hotel and have already recommended it to several friends.

Personal muy amable. Check in muy rápido. Muy buen aroma en todas las instalaciones 😂

Cons:

El tamaño del baño, demasiado pequeño. Se escuchaba bastante del pasillo a la habitación. El extractor del baño estaba constantemente prendido (o no lo supe apagar)
