Nice stay
Pros:

- location
- small boutique style - room was larger than we thought
- clean & generally comfortable
- friendly staff

Cons:

- please replace the pillows, very uncomfortable
- air con we couldn't use as made us quite congested

Staff eccezionale, soprattutto la ragazza, si è offerta di aiutarci in più di un'occasione! ❤️
Lounge dell'hotel molto bella e ben organizzata con grande tavolo e microonde per mangiare e divani comodi. Distributore d'acqua molto utile. Ottimo il servizio di deposito bagagli.
Il bagno della mia stanza era un po' più piccolo di quello della foto, tuttavia pulito e ben organizzato.
Letti molto larghi e comodi, cuscini un po' particolari.
Posizione abbastanza comoda, a 10min a piedi dalle fermate del bus o metro.

Cons:

Essendo il cuscino particolare avrei apprezzato anche una seconda opzione.
Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere anche del caffè in stanza oltre al té.

Great location, friendly staff, but expensive for what the hotel offers
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to the Kyoto Shinkansen station (14 minutes walking).
Many options of restaurants, cafe and 7 eleven, Family Mart and Lawson around.
Friendly staff
Good size of beds (but booked for a superior room)
Room was available and we checked in earlier than usual, which was great.

Cons:

Laundromat doesn’t work properly
Room too small, not great designed to utilise the space.
Minimum toiletries
Only offered two pillows (had to ask for extra pillows and luggage stand)

hotel limpio, áreas comunes amplias y se puede comer ahí, hay agua caliente, fría y soda.. El personal es amable. Se puede usar el guarda equipaje. El dormitorio tiene secador de pelo, hervidor y toallas.

Cons:

La cama es un poco dura, y a veces se escuchan las voces de otras piezas.

Great location for exploring Kyoto
Pros:

- Great location - quiet and walkable at the same time. Nice restaurants and cafes. Train station within 5 minutes of walking.
