Pros:

Tivemos alguns problemas quanto aos equipamentos da cozinha e outros itens, porém a proprietária resolveu a maioria deles. A limpeza deixou a desejar principalmente no banheiro. No demais tudo ok. Condomínio, apesar de antigo, possui uma boa estrutura com ótimas piscinas.

Pros:

Gostei bastante do apartamento, espaçoso, bem equipado, cozinha completa. Cama confortável, chuveiro com ótima pressão de água. O ar condicionado “Wind free” é demais, dormi muito bem. Gostei que tinha um purificador de água, com função frio/gelada, mas, já passou da hora de trocar o elemento filtrante a água estava com um gostinho estranho, mas isso não atrapalhou a minha estadia, só comprei água mineral e pronto. De agora em diante quando voltar a Pernambuco e esse apartamento estiver disponível é nele que vou ficar.
