Nice enough but wouldn’t return
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good (fresh omelets, fruit).

Cons:

The main pool is a bit odd- quite deep and actually a bit chilly, facing the fields not the rocks so view is meh. Breakfast area is covered so you can’t enjoy the view while you’re eating either. Whole hotel faces the fields not the rocks so the view is less spectacular than it looks. There are mosquitoes everywhere. There was flooding on the road out front that the hotel failed to warn us about beforehand, even though a car could go through it (but you couldn’t walk/bike). The rooms literally have the rock face as a back wall which makes them rather humid (water running down the rock face, etc) and smell like the damp outdoors. Overall this place was fine but not as spectacular as it looks online, and for the price I would try somewhere else next time.

A peaceful one of a kind retreat with excellent staff, in an exotic tropical location

A lovely peaceful location, snuggled into the base of a limestone tower. So nice to borrow the bikes to ride around and explore, great staff

El hotel esta en un sitio increíblemente bonito. La piscina y la atención del personal. Además, nos dejaron bicicletas que nos permitió movernos con mucha facilidad. En todo momento nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. El personal es un 10.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con la lluvia que dejó algunas zonas inundadas, desde el hotel nos facilitaron el transporte para poder solucionarlo.

Tot, des del tracte fins a les instalacions, la piscina, l'esmorzar, els detalls que tenen el personal amb tu... molt recomanable.

Tot està bé, res a destacar. Està lleugerament apartat del poble, però realment això és l'encant del lloc.

An absolutely wonderful stay!
Pros:

The room was beautiful, spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. But what really made our stay special was the people, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Their genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful part of Vietnam. Highly recommended, we would happily come back!
