Pros:

The location was great, close to the Malls and many food options.

Cons:

TV service was not good, kinda a big deal when traveling with kids, the breakfast wasn’t poor ( frozen waffles/cereal), by night two my daughter started getting sick due to the amount of moisture in the air, even with the bathroom fan on constantly and the heater/air conditioner set to dry. It was so wet when you showered the towels didn’t even dry you off. Keep in mind there is no pool etc. Would not recommend, the Hilton was next door should have stayed there!

Bad experience!
Pros:

The location is acceptable to the south metro area.

Cons:

The hotel is run down and dirty. Not worth the price. Before you book, consider other places to stay. The breakfast is just a bagel and frozen waffle. Not your standard breakfast.

Pros:

It was clean, the lobby was nice to hang out and play cards and games with the other families we were there with, and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

There was no AC in the lobby, we had to call the cops on a guy that came in off the street and he was being very inappropriate with the minors in our group, there was no pool, and the floor in the hallways was flooded. Also it definitely needs some good updating.

Good value and kind staff.
Pros:

Loved the value and our room was comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderful and I enjoyed the quietness of the hotel at night. Easy off and on the interstate from the hotel.

Cons:

There was only toast and waffles left for breakfast on our first morning. No milk, juice, fruit. Definitely could do a little better in the breakfast area.

Feels like home away from home
Pros:

When i was in town for work i stayed here for the better part 3 months. the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. if you're going to stay here might i suggest one the Jacuzzi rooms! Nothing, and i do mean nothing is better than coming in from a long trip or work and having a soak one of their tubs! The location is quiet which is great for any light sleepers and just minutes away from the Mall of America and the Twin Cities Outlets. Overall, would i stay here again? Its the only place i stay when i come to the area.

Cons:

The guy working at the desk was a creep trying to come in our room because the tub didn't have a plug then he asks to exchange numbers with her as he's making her feel uncomfortable in the stairway no escape. Wth I confronted him and repeatedly told me she was lying. That should not be happening from staff. Unprofessional I will be contacting management

Pros:

Room was extremely clean, although when we first entered the room the cleaner smell was so strong it made us gag.

Cons:

There was no hot water at all. The shower got lukewarm at best. And the temperature control for the shower was backwards.
