We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The view of the Bukoleon Palace and the Sea of Marmara was amazing — so calm and beautiful, especially in the morning. Everything was perfect. We’d love to come

В самом отеле плохо все: завтраки ужасные, есть вообще нечего, при заселении не обеспечили подтвержденные письменно раздельные кровати, как ни в чем не бывало настойчиво пытались положить в одну кровать мам с 19-ти летними сыновьями (2 номера), заселения ждали 1 час при том, что приехали около 17час и позже указанного времени не менее, чем на час, на ресепшен встречал абсолютно больной сотрудник, чихал и обливался соплями, отель такой маленький, что телегу с хоз бытовыми предметами им некуда убрать и она всегда стояла прям у лифта. Стены в номерах картонные.

Location was the only good thing about the hotel. Overall, we would not book the room here again.
Pros:

Location was great. All the famous sights were within a walking distance.

Cons:

At first, even though we reached out beforehand to ask for a specific room, we were given a different one. The staff tried to convince us it is the same room, but then told us we could switch rooms in the morning. In the morning, they tried to make us wait from 9 to 14 in order to get to our room, but after we said we need to rest and use the room they told us we were 'lucky' and the room is cleaned early and then took us to the room we booked.
Besides the receptionists, who were not very polite, the staff did not speak any English making it very difficult to communicate.
The room was not very clean, the floors were dusty, the bathroom ventilation was not working, also when they realized we were using the AC they just turned it off for our room. Everything in the room was quite old, you could tell the things need to be changed or they were not maintained properly.
At breakfast, you would have to be early even though it ends at 10:30, they did not refill the food.
