Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Quick to airport

It wasn’t a great stay, we didn’t have hot water at first but staff came and sorted it. Bathroom is a bit grimy, floor was a bit dirty otherwise they tried to make the place look nice but didn’t do a good job. Staff don’t really speak English and even with a translator they don’t really understand when you want to organize an airport transfer for example.
Food is instant noodles and eggs with toast.
Nothing nearby so if you just use the place for a night due to early morning flight then it is ok

We stayed there because we had a very early flight the next day. Airport is less than 5min away by car so very convenient place to stay. The room was big, very comfy and very clean. Very happy with our stay.

Clean and convenient airport hotel located a short taxi ride from the terminals. Room was modern and in excellent condition with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom and shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect for a layover after a long international flight.

When i walked in the receptionist, Trang, greeted me and made my check-in seamless& quick. When i asked about getting something to eat for the evening she informed me the hotel could order pizza and have it delivered. We had a slight language barrier, but she walked me through the menu & helped me order. When the order came she delivered it to my room. She also helped me forward money to a person from whom i had purchased gifts to take home. Her commitment to customer satisfaction was superb. The room was clean and almost sparkling. One of the best hotel accommodations i have had for a long time and at a very reasonable price. I would most definitely stay there again!

This is a great option for an overnight stay near the airport. Clean, well appointed rooms, close to the airport and very friendly staff. WiFi works well and breakfast is local food and delicious. They organized a transfer from and to the airport which was a bonus.

Excellent place by the airport. The staff creating the free breakfast is wonderful. The breakfast is special. The on-site transportation back to the airport is very convenient clean and safe. Great value as well.

Overall good

It’s a great and extremely inexpensive place to stay close to the airport. I used it as a day room after getting off a train from Sa Pa at 5:30 AM to relax before my late afternoon flight. The room was beautiful, nice hot shower, everything you’d need.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful! They were very welcoming and did whatever they could to make our stay pleasant. The rooms were large and bright with comfortable beds. Would stay here again for sure!

Ottimo per chi deve passare una notte per trasferimenti vari. Ci hanno organizzato trasfer per mai chau. Colazione su ordine con toast marmellata e uova oltre alle altre pietanze tipiche. Per 30 euro uso notte va bene
