Will stay again
Pros:

To start I’ve found with reviews there will always be negative ones. I found everything about the booking very much to my liking. The room was very spacious and clean. I really enjoyed the loveseat. The facility itself was clean. Staff friendly. I did like the fact to actually get to the rooms and elevators you had to use your key card. That extra security was nice although not necessary for the hotel location is in a very safe location.

Cons:

That I was only there for one night and didn’t get to use the small kitchenette.

Staff was nice.

Cons:

The hallway carpets were very dirty, stained, and smelled bad; the room was also dirty and had a bad odor; the bed and pillows were uncomfortable; Furthermore, the bathroom mirror had toothpaste stains on it, and we were given a dirty towel.

Pros:

The room was decent but not well equipped. It’s an extended stay which we didn’t know so there is nothing in the room but a bar of soap and two plastic cups. Even though there’s a kitchen and fridge.
The room was clean.

Cons:

No breakfast. Not super friendly.

Pearl exceptional stay.
Pros:

The room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. The security was great, you cannot enter the guest room area from any door without an active key card. There is a nice, large, grassy area to walk your pets. There are picnic tables to sit around. A large number of places to eat, offering a wide array of cuisines, fast food to sit down restaurants. Would be a great place for an extended stay which is its design.

Cons:

There were some minor inconveniences for just a night or two stay. No paper towels, only two plastic cups in room, no tissues in room.
