Las sábanas sucias no las cambiaron las llaves de las duchas oxidadas y sucias no barrieron les aseguro que la habitación no la limpiaron habían cabellos en las sábanas y la alcoba de arriba tenía fluidos corporales semental como si todas las personas que van no merecen o no son merecedores de contar con limpieza enséñele a las personas a hacer aseo las juntas sucias el baño del segundo piso estaba vomitado o con popo con residuos y manchado la verdad que un lugar sea feo pero limpio es agradable pero sucio jamás ni lo mas hermosos se va a ver bien y eso dice mucho de los empleados perezosos en vez de estar perdiendo el tiempo deberían estar preocupados por estar organizando mejor las habitaciones

Cuando llegamos al hotel, nos cobraron tarifa de aire acondicionado a parte del precio que ya booking nos habia dado, aparte del impuesto, nos cobraron 10 dolares por uso de aire por solo unas horas

Disappointing abysmal
Pros:

It was close to restaurant and about 6 minutes walk from the beach

Cons:

To start the reception, it’s feel one is arriving to some clandestine dealing place, a man approached us asking for my booking details without identifying himself, then a second man came with similar behaviour.

I booked 2 apartments and they insisted the only have one apartment with 2 bedrooms and they want to charge same amount. Please be careful they even charge more than what it says in Booking.com.

Then is the septic tank smell throughout the property. I asked for quiet room and he said only noise I will hear will be my own, WE COULD NOT SLEEP UNTIL 3AM.

When we try to have a shower, one shower head was broken and the other bathroom drain was COMPLETELY BLOCKED, we asked the assistant to help and he said was coming, 30 minutes later waiting half wet and wrapped in a towel, he was not there, despite just being setting there when my brother went to ask.

The facilities are so so poor, must of the time not hot water, could not close bathroom door, stairs to go up the apartment wet in part my husband had a near missed. Windows not soundproof, to much light in the bedroom from street lights.

Breakfast poor and you have to walk miles away from apartment to get it in a different location.

Also noted they were not very friendly to locals tourists.

Good beach getaway
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is secure and well maintained. It is within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants.

Cons:

They will charge you extra to pay with a credit card, but it was not specified in the app. It's better to pay in cash.
