El apartamento muy bien decorado y supremamente aseado. Muy bien equipado. Se ve que tiene dueño.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy demorado, porque lo sirven a la minuta. Llegué de tercero y me tocó esperar 1h. Muchísima gente prefiere renunciar al desayuno.

The property and condo were beautiful, clean and maintained wonderfully. The view was spectacular and the entire area was nice and convenient. The included breakfast was delicious as well.

Cons:

If I had to pick something to improve upon, it would be to add access to cold/filtered water and an ice maker somewhere. Our unit did have a refrigerator with an ice maker, but it barely produced anything while we were there. There was no water dispenser. The one time we had arranged for the golf cart to take us to the beach it seems they had forgotten about us. Other than that, no issues at all.

Top Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Tolle Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung mit einem wunderschönen Pool und tollen Blick auf die Küste.

Cons:

Es war nicht wirklich zu erkennen, dass es eine Ferienwohnung war und kein Hotel.
Es gab zwar Frühstück auf der oberen Terrasse mit toller Aussicht - jedoch erst ab 8.30 Uhr - wenn man einen zeitigen Ausflug geplant hatte - war ein früheres Frühstück nicht möglich.
Aus der tollen Dachterrasse könnte man noch mehr machen - ggf eine kleine Bar.

Pésimo servicio al cliente. El parqueo está súper lejos del condominio y no es ideal para una persona con discapacidad. Nos quedamos encerrados en el ascensor por 45 mins en la noche y nadie respondía a nuestro llamado. Mi papá, un adulto mayor, tuvo un ataque de pánico ante esta situación.

We just got back from two nights in the Ocean View Studio at 360 Splendor Del Pacifico Residences in Flamingo Beach, and we're already talking about when we can return.
The view from the studio is simply stunning — we're talking unobstructed Pacific Ocean as far as the eye can see. Waking up to that both mornings was something we won't forget anytime soon. The unit itself was impressively clean and well-kept, which always makes such a difference when you're settling into a new place.
The location is a huge plus too. Beach access is effortless — we were in the sand within minutes. Flamingo Beach itself is gorgeous, calm, and perfect for just switching off and soaking it all in.
One small heads-up for future guests: restaurants are not within immediate walking distance, so it's worth having a plan for meals or renting a car. That said, it's a very minor trade-off for the peace, privacy, and views you get here.
Overall, an easy five stars. Highly recommend the Ocean View Studio for anyone looking to experience the best of Costa Rica's Pacific coast in comfort and style.
