Vive la experiencia
Pros:

Excelente lugar, excelente ubicación, la calidez y atención del personal es excelente. El confort de las habitaciones es inigualable, el balcón, las vistas fenomenales. Vale completamente la pena la experiencia.

Cons:

La única observación seria que la comida del desayuno no es tan rica y no tienen música en ningún área común en todo el hotel.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Fabulous 360 views of playa and Marina. Lovely apartment . Pool great especially for sunsets.
Great staff especially Priscilla who was very helpful and always smiling.

Cons:

Would be great if golf cart lifts up that hill (which is not really walkable) was extended to 9 pm. Hard to ask a taxi to bring you up if one is eating locally!

Pros:

Excellent, excellent, excellent! I travelled across the entire Costa Rica and this place was by far the best in terms of comfort, cleanness, and views! Highly recommend it.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK, but definitely far from what good hotels normally offer. Too little food, too little choice, too simple.

Luxury condo with incredible view, wonderful staff and amenities.
Pros:

The unit had high level of finishes in kitchen, bathrooms, and closets, with fresh tile flooring and televisions in each room. A/C worked perfectly. Mattresses and linens were better than usual. Patio / balcony doors had shades built into glass so it was very streamlined. Fitness center was well equipped with a great view of ocean. Staff was professional and friendly.

The view on top of the hill was incredible, especially from the infinity pool. We have always stayed beachfront, but this was such a unique experience -- made for an unforgettable family vacation.

Cons:

None of these are bad -- just need to plan for it. Call 2 hours in advance for hot tubs to be hot. Parking your car below ground via the car elevator takes a few extra minutes. Breakfast is good, but since it is freshly made to order, it could take a little extra time since most travelers show up at 8:30 when it opens. However, the accessible Brits espresso machine prepared all drinks throughout the day at a press of button .

A beautiful, relaxing stay with stunning views, wonderful staff, and great service—we will definitely be back.
Pros:

The property was very comfortable, large, and spacious with absolutely beautiful 360-degree views of the beaches and marina. Waking up to birds chirping and the sound of the waves was so peaceful. The staff was amazing, incredibly kind, and attentive. Breakfast every morning was great, the shuttle service was convenient, and the concierge was excellent and very helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

One of the toilets did not work properly during our stay. However, maintenance was responsive and continued to try to fix the issue, which we appreciated.

We stayed at 360 Splendor Pacific for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience overall.

We booked a one-bedroom corner suite with views of both Playa Flamingo and the Marina, and the apartment was absolutely beautiful — new, modern, and very well designed. The balcony was lovely, the layout was comfortable, and the quality of the bedding was excellent, with very comfortable feather pillows.

The infinity pool deserves special mention — the sunset views are absolutely stunning and truly memorable.

Breakfast was tasty and well prepared, and the ladies who cook and serve it do a great job — very kind and welcoming. The only suggestion here would be to extend the breakfast hours. Currently it runs from 8:30 to 10:00, which feels quite short, especially if you want to be active or leave early for trips. Starting earlier (for example, 7:00–10:00) would make it much more convenient.

The staff overall were friendly, helpful, and pleasant — great service throughout our stay.

The location is very convenient. If you don’t have a car, the hotel offers golf cart transportation to the beach, and it’s also walkable.
If you do have a car, parking is available, but access is via a car elevator, which can feel a bit inconvenient if you’re coming and going multiple times a day, as we did.

Cons:

One downside was the Wi-Fi in our apartment. The internet connection was unstable at times — streaming on the TV had long buffering, and the connection on our phones would occasionally drop. Updating or strengthening the Wi-Fi system would definitely improve the experience.
