The Netflix that was said to be included, we need to contact the owner on a daily basis to receive a code, so in the end
Pros:

There were a couple of reasons for liking the property, the first being location, as it was very close to everything we needed. Secondly the balcony overlooking MOA. The bedroom was reasonable, the living room was also reasonable, overall the property itself was very good.

Cons:

The main thing we didn't like about the property was the daily visit from many cockroaches, they seem to everywhere, we killed 2 dozens each days, they were in the food cupboard, shower, toilet, bedroom, and living room. We had to wash the cups and plates before use, buy plastic tubs to store open food in. They had moved us in diff accommodation to do the pest control but sadly it doesn’t help. I wouldn't go back to the same property again, as i think the entire building need a pest control because hallway and lift have had crawling roaches too

Its ok just bit dissapointed with the pool coz bit expensive for guest during holiday.
Pros:

The room is ok good for two clean the staff is ok too.

Cons:

The pool is a bit expensive during holiday 300 pesos each to swim so we dont swim coz we there till dec 24 to 27 holiday till 26 but during ordinary day 150 pesos .

I would stay again
Pros:

Great location in Pasay. Good security and access to restaurants and shops. Apartment had a good hitchen.

Cons:

Bedroom would be the smallest I have encountered.
