Still can be and make the place the best
Pros:

1st the staff are really kind and helpful, even though they don't know how to speak English very well ,they are really cooperative to translate it. The location is very accessible to many places .. The facade ,outside areas are clean..

Cons:

the only concern In terms of facilities and cleanliness is the Toilet ,there are still soap residues on the mirror , on the soap dispensers, the tiles and toilet bowls are with stains , I know the rent price is very affordable but hoping invest in changing the tiles and clean the bathroom walls mirror the shower knobs ..
