I chose this location because of the pool, spa and jacuzzi.
Pros:

Location is 15 minutes from ski resort, it was nice spa and really big pool. The property has nice outdoor space.
There are quite a few free services and on site they have bowling although a bit dated, and you can order food there as well.

Cons:

In the cottages the bathroom was foul smelling, like stale water or malfunctioning plumbing.
I wish the living room had a bigger table and a rug.
Also the pillows in the blankets in both bedrooms need updating as those are aged , clumped pieces and uneven filling.

В прошлом оставались в этом отеле. В этот раз были приятно удивлены тем, что отель значительно прибавил в удобстве и дополнительных услугах. Бронировали трехспальный шалэ для всей семьи. Домик хорошо отапливался и было тепло. Приезжали для катания на лыжах в Шахдаге. Удобное расположение для тех, кто хочет кататься на лыжах. Дорога до лыжного комплекса на машине занимает 5-10 минут. Очень понравился ресторан Zerif. Вкусная еда, замечательная обстановка и прекрасное обслуживание. Из этого же ресторана можно заказывать еду в номер. Еда в номер приходит ровно того же качества как в самом ресторане. В отеле есть боулинг для развлечения, который работает до 23.00. Очень удобно для вечернего времяпровождения с семьёй. После отъезда в номере забыли телефон. Персонал отеля быстро и любезно с нами связались и сообщили об этом. В целом, персонал достаточно любезный и приветливый. Общие впечатления об отеле очень хорошее.

Cons:

Единственное что можно отметить из того что не понравилось, это качество интернета. Интернет был не стабилен, часто прерывалась связь, скорость была низкой. Также можно отметить температуру горячей воды. Вода была теплая конечно. Но для тех, кто любит сильно горячую воду, имеющаяся температура может быть недостаточна.

קיים ניסיון לרצות את האורחים אך יש עוד מקום לשיפור.
Pros:

יש מתקנים נחמדים בריכה ספא מגרש כדורגל נדנדה עם נוף מרהיב.
החדר עם חימום רצפתי ומרפסת נחמדה. קיבלתי את החדר עם 3 פירות וזה היה נחמד אבל רק בקבלת הפנים.
נחמד לקבל את ההסעה לאתר הסקי.

Cons:

שירות החדרים לא עובדים עם סטנדרט ברור. קיבלתי את החדר ביום השני לא כמו ביום הראשון. רוב העובדים לא דוברים אנגלית, רוסית בקושי.
