В первую очередь понравился персонал :внимательные ,заботливые Особенно хочется поблагодарить Эфсану ,девушку ,работающую в ресэпшэн Очень внимательная ,уважительная,помогла нам решить вопрос со сменой номера без всяких проблем Самотель расположен в отличной зоне ,просторная территория ,комфортные коттеджи,,виды впечатляют :горы ,лес ,минитренажоры на территории ,много детских развлечений на свежем воздухе СПА один из лучших в Азербайджане Мы живём в Баку и любим отдыхать в наших комфортных СПА отелях Этот отель посещаем вторично и надеемся приехать сюда ещё не раз Привозили сюда своих гостей из России ,все были в восторге Желаем дальнейшего процветания и хороших гостей

Проживание было очень хорошее. Нам предоставили коттедж даже лучше , чем мы заказали.
Pros:

Завтрак был хороший. Персонал отзывчивый. Коттедж отличный. Уборка производилась каждый день. Чай и сахар и туалетные принадлежности обновлялись каждый день. Бассейн огромный, СПА, теннис. Нам понравилось. Рекомендуем. Мы были 5 дней. Катались на лыжах. все понравилось.

Cons:

В ресторане блюда были маленькие.

Увеличить обслуживающий персонал.
Pros:

Расположение-отличное.Бассейн чистый. Домик чистый. Дополнительная кровать для ребенка была не пригодная.Ребенок спал на диване.Массаж 👍 Завтрак нормальный,хорошего масла и разнообразие сыров не хватало. Ресторан при отеле хороший,еда вкусная,цены нормальные.

Pros:

Отличный отель с уютными коттеджами и с потрясающими видами на горы. На территории действует шикарный Спа-центр с огромным плавательным бассейном, хамамом, сауной, двумя маленькими бассейнами- с горячей и холодной водой. Отдельно для мужчин и отдельно для женщин. Комната с очень удобной кроватью, белоснежным бельём, огромной ванной комнатой. Отель расположен очень близко к горнолыжному курорту Шахдаг. В общем, всем любителям гор - сюда!

Хочу выразить благодарность работникам отеля за отличную работу. Особенно хочу отметить работу шеф повара Anar İsmayilov и официанта Elvin Qadımalıyev. Все было на отличном уровне.

Pros:

Местоположение достаточно хорошее. Для тех кто хочет покататся на лыжах но не хочет переплачивать за отели которые находяться в самом Шахдаге хорошее местоположение. Дружелюбный персонал.

Cons:

Номер хоть и был убранным но постельное белье было грязным, не побоюсь этого слова возможно использаванным, так как в кровате были волосы. Ужасный запах из туалета, конализация сама сильно воняет даже если туалет чист. Завтрак на 3ечку. Соотношение цена качество не стоит но если сравнивать с ценами других отелей в Шахдаге то ок.
