صالة ترفيه رائعة ولكن الخدمات سيئة

منطقة الترفية رااااائعة

Cons:

ممنوع الطبخ.. (ما الفائدة من الجلوس بالطبيعة بلا ممارسة هواية الطيخ وارتشاف القهوة المنزلية)
تلفزيون قديم ولا يعمل.
الريموت لا يعمل.
اريكة الجلوس قديمة ومتسخة.
واحد من خمس غرف فقط يوجد فيه مكيف والبقة لا.
تعري البالغين امام الاطفال جدا مزعج.
المطعم تاخر كثيرا بالعشاء ولم يكن مطابق للصور التي بقائمة الطعام.

The location, environment and facilities.

Cons:

The girl at the reception was very rude, not much helpful, better to put someone beside her who was listener and doing his best. Few times asked for some stuff, such as table at balcony, spoon etc. either they have not been provided or provided after several calls and reminders.
