Pros:

Can fit within a low budget but suitable just for a night. But not for a solo woman traveller. The location wasn’t great.

Cons:

The room offered to me did not have the TV, the floor had dirt marks that would not go. The wall had marks and the bed was touching that dirty wall. I could hardly sleep. The toilet had one of the false ceiling tiles open and could see the guest through it which was a naked one without the plastic cover. Looked dangerous and hot water did not even come out. I could not take a bath as I had an early morning flight to catch. The breakfast was not served on time and I left without eating. Evening f a basic tea coffee maker was not there. Reminded twice to get coffee which came 40 mins late. I got late for the airport too. No Ola could even identify the location. They don’t have a restaurant so don’t know how they claim excellent breakfast. They get you food from a restaurant near by and you won’t get anything till that opens. The surrounding is very shabby too. I will never recommend this property to a woman.

Pros:

The warm and friendly staff , always looking to assist and go the extra mile . They are truly an asset to this hotel group. The staff in the reception, guest relations, housekeeping,and concierge are truly where the excellence in this hotel comes from , always looking to make sure the guest is happy and feels welcomed. The staff is the heart of this hotel and the reason why guests keep coming back . I also commend the high food quality , all meals were fantastic , and there is a wide variety of food to cater for all dietary requirements. Will be coming back again .

Very Bad Experience
Pros:

Cons:

Rooms were not cleaned, if you move the table then lot of dust is there.
As soon as we enter in room, water was flowing on floor from other room to our room.
Many small and big cockroaches were spending their family time in our room.
Rats and mice were playing on ceiling pop continuously till midnight 1am.
TV is there in room which is of no use, no TV channel was playing.
Breakfast was included in booking. Previous night when asked at reception about Breakfast menu they provide so person told puri bhaji, idli sambhar in veg. When next day morning I called at Received about Breakfast, he told that only bread jam is available in veg. We see cockroach in plate after sometime.

In this way, it was our pathetic stay in this hotel. Those who wants to waste your hard earned money, this hotel stay is the best option.

Disappointed
Pros:

Very disappointed the way they talk to us and no customer service. They said they don’t have room though we booked through booking. Com. Haven’t had rooms
