Pros:

Great accommodation with each room having an ensuite.
Large deck for entertaining. Pool was good. Hosts were great.

Has potential
Pros:

Enjoyed the pool/whirlpool, breakfast, and laundry service.

Owner was responsive after attempts to contact hostess went unresponsive when the AC stopped working.

Javier (concierge) & William (driver) were wonderful!

Cons:

Areas for improvement:

Provide basic condo necessities for guests (toiletries, dish soap, hangars, blackout curtains in the bedrooms, a large coffee pot (with filters), tea kettle, can opener, cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc). We had an entire condo that was pretty much useless because we didn't have/bring or purchase day to day items.

Internet (WiFi) was spotty. Had to reboot the router daily. When it was working, it was very slow.

Hostess did not routinely check-in with the guests. Instead, Javier (concierge) made himself available, and was incredibly polite & helpful.

Housekeeping was minimal. I had to text the hostess at 3 PM on a Sunday to ask if she intended to clean, and provide clean towels. I ended up sweeping, and mopping when she came to the condo to bring towels. I didn't want to vacate after a long day outside - so I asked for the broom/mop, and where to dump trash. Overall cleanliness (especially the bathrooms) was not good.

Master bedroom had a king size bed without a mattress (just a hard box spring). The guest in that room slept on a twin bed ~ extremely disappointing!

Appeared there were people swimming in the pool, and eating meals on the pool deck area that were not paying guests at the condo building.
