Un hotel excepcional en una ubicación excepcional
Pros:

Un hotel muy especial, cada piso es una amplia habitación, con buena visa sobre Osaka.
El servicio impecable, la habitación amplia y con un onsen de agua circulante, los pijamas que proporcionan son de algodón super comodos, y el desayuno servido en la habitación, tanto el tipo japonés como el occidental, muy apetecibles y bien presentados. Un gran servicio pues el día que saliamos a las 6:30 del hotel, nos subieron el desayuno puntualmente a las 6:00 Se nota la atención a todos los detalles: el gran espejo del baño se empaña al ducharse con agua caliente, pero queda una zona, justo la que vas a utilizar para mirate, que no se empaña!! (me gustaría saber cómo se consigue...)

1.地理位置：非常优越，处于心斋桥圈子里，交通便利又不至于因身处核心闹市区而过于嘈杂，出门几步路就是长堀桥地铁站，无论是去景点去商圈去交通枢纽都十分便捷。周围吃的逛的一应俱全
2.酒店设施：酒店风格独特，以白色为主的极简浪漫风。私密性好，每层就一间房，房间面积宽敞，在日本这种寸土寸金的地方真的很难得了～干净整洁。室内各种推拉门设计最大程度节省了空间又使得各项功能齐全。房间智能化程度很高，窗帘、灯光都可以智能调控，浴缸放水也是自动控制，而且电视提供了主要设备的使用说明，非常贴心～可供充电的插座数量充足且均配有usb口、type-C口，连转换器都省了。
3.独有特色：酒店是香槟主题酒店，每位到客均可享受一杯欢迎香槟，房间内有可消费香槟且每层楼的香槟均不相同，很好喝！每天还有香槟的happy hour～洗浴用品由香槟酿造原料残渣提取而成，环保温和，味道特别好闻！！！酒店2楼自带寿司餐厅，建议有时间可以预约体验一下，很好味！厨师小哥也很有趣😁
4.服务：特别热情！宾至如归！！！前台服务人员可提供日语、中文、英语服务。入住后会有人带去房间并逐一介绍功能区和设备如何使用，真的超级超级超级nice！！！

Pros:

Es un hotel muy especial. Con una ubicación excelente y unas habitaciones muy amplias y bien equipadas. Es muy tranquilo, está en una calle silenciosa y tiene todo tipo de comodidades. Y cuenta con con un staff muy servicial.

Cons:

Podría mejorar la calidad de los colchones. Y el desayuno. Todos los días lo mismo. Y la bollería seca. Y el zumo de bote. Creo que eso es muy mejorable. Y deberían hacerlo, porque el hotel es estupendo y sería simplemente increíble. Tambien las personas que trabajan en él deberían manejarse algo mejor con el inglés. Era difícil comunicarse. Pero eran muy amables.

1. Breakfast: I liked the pastry, yogurt, and toasted and honey butter bread for breakfast. It was perfect for the start of the day. Also, they accommodated our early departure and provide breakfast early.
2.Most loved about the continue running of the bath tub. Long day of exploring in Osaka and Kyoto, it was perfect for relaxation.
3. pajamas for two. Very comfortable

Cons:

I didn't like the bed shoved against the wall. Difficult to get in and out of the bed. Over all, it was a good stay.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and accommodating from booking until check out, and answered any questions I had prior to check in promptly. It was in a great location that allowed us to easily get around Osaka. As well, the omakase dinner we had at the hotel’s restaurant was incredible.

Cons:

Room can get quite hot if the sun is shining and the blinds are open. Fortunately the air conditioning worked well and got the room back to a comfortable temperature quickly.
