Pros:

L'hôtel est bien placé

Cons:

Le confort est passable, par contre beaucoup de bruit à cause des climatiseurs à l' extérieur d'un autre âge qui font beaucoup de bruit et nous ont empêché de dormir les 2 nuits. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner du 1er jour, il ne restait rien à boire et à manger alors que nous étions dans le créneau horaire. Le personnel n'a rien fait pour nous

Close to the railway station for over night train

Cons:

Don't expect to get rest day or night if planning on sleeping.
Road noise, constant railway announcements von the loud speaker, loud music.
Room is basic done the job for a few hours before the night train to sapa.

The staff at Mango Hotel are very welcoming and helpful especially the woman in the front desk who assisted me and the man in the restaurant. (Totally forgot their names).

Cons:

I chose this hotel specifically for its buffet, but wasn't informed prior to my stay that it wouldn't be available during Tet holiday. Discovering this upon arrival was disappointing - I was counting on a hassle-free breakfast. The service was good, but a simple breakfast of bread and noodles wasn't what I expected. If I'd known, I wouldn't have stayed here. Other Hanoi hotels during Tet offered buffets, so this was a letdown. Hopefully, management posts this info in advance next time. 😊

Good room if you want to catch late train .You get what you pay for.

Fine for the location, but overall inconvenient and below basic expectations.
Pros:

Convenient location near the railway station.

Cons:

Several basic amenities were missing (face towels, bath mat, hand soap, coffee), the room had an unusual smell, and housekeeping entered while we were still in the room before we had checked out.
