the staff did not give my bill during early morning exit citing a reason audit is going on and promised me to send a soft copy via mail.
It never happened and I had to call up the ibis after trying to find the number through various efforts.
The promise was never kept by the staff and its a pity you have staff who do not care much

Comfortable and memorable
Pros:

Everything was as per our expectation and had prompt service / support from the team.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Could have added an hour's concession for check out as we had an evening flight

Ok for an over night airport stay for the price, do not expect s lot.

Need new linen, bathmatt was mouldy dirty stained. Staff harassed me for feedback. One even hovered over me at breakfast and then to take a picture of my feedback.

Great value stay close to airport
Pros:

Everything you expect from a budget chain hotel. Safe, clean, comfortable and really good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On-site bar and restaurant. Close to the airport. Would definitely recommend over independent hotels in the area.

Cons:

Added quite a few % charges onto the bar and restaurant bill so the prices aren't as cheap as they appear - beware.
