It was a terrible, depressing experience.

Lacks hospitality
Carrying luggage to the room was self service, no help
The room was extremely small and was depressing
The bathroom was terrible
We did not stay there the entire night. We checked in at 2 pm and left the room at 9pm.

Old dilapidated hotel - no value for money

Cons:

Property is very old .. the rooms are very stuffy and the carpets in the hallway and rooms are very outdated and smells dusty and feels damp. The bathroom smelled of cigarettes. There was no staff to assist with luggage till the room. The breakfast next morning was very tasteless and cold. No chef till 7:15 to make onlettes as well. Coffee is served out of the coffee machine !!
Overall very poor experience for the price I paid.

Poor experience and will not be staying again at this hotel
Pros:

Proximity to the airport and the staff was courteous.

Cons:

The breakfast was absolutely horrible and not fresh.. even the guys at the live counter couldnt even make a proper egg ommlette and dosa. The fruits were stale, bread not fresh, some of the food was half cooked..
