Value for money for the location and confort!
Pros:

The place was quiet but near to a lot of places, all beyond walking distances.

Cons:

Hoping it could provide slippers to walk in the common area as everyone just walk ard with shoes on and quite inconvenient to wear slippers to shared bathroom
