Pros:

Top Lage, gute Ausstattung. Wunderbar modern und schweizerische Qualität im Innenausbau des Appartments. Ausreichende Ausstattung der Küche. Schickes Bad. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich komme gern wieder.

Cons:

Das Schlafzimmer war so klein, dass ich gerade mit meinen Füßen (Größe 43) hinter dem Bett gehen konnte. Dabei haben mich die scharfkantigen Ecken des Betts immer wieder in den Waden gezwickt. Klebt doch bitte auf diese Ecken ein Pölsterli. Schon zwickt es weniger, merci!

Perfekte Location für Kurztripp
Pros:

grosszügige, moderne und saubere Räumlichkeiten. Sehr gute Lage, fussläufig nah zum Zentrum (Altstadt). Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

Cons:

WC-Schüssel mit fast transparenten Flecken. Hoffentlich vom Reinigungsmittel! Musste diese erst mal reinigen.

Cons:

Self-Check-In sehr kompliziert, bzw. ohne Rückfrage nicht möglich. Viel zu viel Kommuikation. Abrechnung bei Buchung über Fremdplattform klappt nicht direkt. Ràume sehr klein und lärmig (Nachbarn und oberes Geschoss)

Очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. Прекрасное расположение рядом с озером Люцерн, красивые виды и спокойная атмосфера. Номер чистый, уютный и комфортный, всё продумано для отдыха. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Остались только положительные впечатления, с удовольствием вернусь снова и рекомендую этот отель

Stylish, elegant accommodations in a great location...
Pros:

I was a little nervous booking a self-checkout hotel with no front desk staff, but if you follow the instructions the hotel provides (and don't forget the four-digit reservation code they send you), check-in was a breeze. The location was lovely -- slightly set off from the busier tourist areas of the city, but a quick five or ten minute walk to them. And the room itself far exceeded my expectations: It was roomy, stylish, and comfortable, complete with a small sitting area, tv, skylight, and high quality oscillating fan. Furnishings were very nice, and internet was fast and easy to connect to. When I did have a problem, a quick WhatsApp message to the hotel was immediately responded to and the issue resolved almost instantly.

Cons:

I do miss having a front desk and 24-hour staff, but I quickly got over that...also, USB/USB-C chargers in the room would have been nice, but I honestly didn't see those in ANY hotels I stayed at in Switzerland, so perhaps it is not to be expected.

I was hesitant to rely on the luggage lockers in the lobby, as I had read online that they had been broken in the past, so I left my bags in a locker at the train station...which worked out great, but still...

Pros:

The location was a short walk to old town. The room had a fan and was very spacious. The room was clean and had a lovely patio to sit on during the day.

Cons:

Getting into the building was difficult. I spoke with a nice gentleman later and he said a code was sent, but we were never able to find it. Luckily, after you check in the room key opens the front door. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and updated.
