こちらからの問い合わせにしっかり対応いただいたので、良かったです

Cons:

隣の客室から壁を蹴ったり、ドンドンと意図的に音を立てて振動で揺れているような状況になって驚いているのに、フロントは最初のクレームからしっかり対応しなかったのはいただけない。しかも『お部屋替わりますか？』などと、真逆の対応されて腹立だしい思いをさせられた。

チェックイン時（22時時頃）に予約システムのサーバーダウンが発生し宿泊できないかもしれないといわれた。
結果的に30分後位に他の部屋に宿泊できたがそれまでの対応が遅く不満だった。

とても良かったです。
Pros:

スタッフの方々がとても良いたいおをして頂きました。
無料ドリンクも美味しかったですし、朝食もとても美味しかったです。
