we only see the staff 2 times when we check in when we check out ! non service at whole ! they no even clean your room ! nothing surround the hotel !

Sebastian one of the staff members was super friendly and helpful. While my AC did not work, he was super accommodating, and did everything he could to help. He was truly kind and helpful, and my family and i were very appreciative.
