First time in Montreal! The place was very cozy and spotless. The hotel is actually very warm during the winter which we appreciated a lot. The staff are always in touch with you through messages and concierge are very kind and always willing to help!
Some people mentioned noise in comments, which is somewhat true. But thats a reality in ALL major cities in the world. During the winter is not loud as theres not many people driving or walking so we are indifferent and nothing to complain about. The hotel offer earplugs in the amenities baskets which is a nice touch.

La place était très propre, j'ai aimé les petites attentions Comme les capsules de café, la crème et le lait dans le frigo, les peignoirs, les parapluies les pantoufles, il y avait même un sac de popcorn! La déco était très belle aussi

We really appreciated the overall aesthetics and the mini kitchen in our suite. The bed was really comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean.
There was no parking on site, however there are public parking options within reasonable walking distance.
The check in was easy, the communications was great, that we were able to store our bags for a few hours before checking into our room was very helpful, our room was beautiful and had everything we needed, plus very comfy and quiet. We appreciated that there is a bathroom in the hallway too. It was lovely to have croissants waiting for us in the morning, what a treat. The location was excellent and parking nearby was easy. WE loved our stay and hope to return again! Thank you!!!
Great location. Very close to everything we wanted to see in Old Montreal. The room was very clean, modern and comfy. The room included a kitchen with small fridge, microwave, sink, and some dishes & cookware. Very easy to enter the hotel and our room with the door codes provided ahead of our arrival. We were also able to use the laundry facilities free of charge.
We had a short walk to the hop on-hop off bus tour so we could see other parts of Montreal as well.
No elevator, although we knew that prior to booking. Was only an issue while bringing in and taking out our luggage.
Some explanation of how to operate the thermostat/heat/ air conditioning controls would have been helpful. We did finally figure it out our 2nd day there.
Didn't really care for the expresso machine- would have preferred a Keurig or standard coffeepot.
Breakfast not included, but plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.

The location, the vibe and decor, the little extras like robes and good shampoo and soap, and the well stocked kitchenette for our use. Also the ease of getting in with the codes.
There were some strange buzzing noises in the wall sometimes and not much of a noise barrier to the hallway. Not a big deal though, because we brought a noise machine!

Big rooms. Kitchen amenities down the hall and coffee/tea in room.
No elevator and lots of stairs with no porter unless requested in advance.
