Very Very Poor
Cons:

We didn't liked anything about your property. The welcome was very poor. The rooms were not clean, it was dusty every where. The Beds had lizards and cockroaches, for which we as guests had to get the Hit Spray from the reception. The water bottles for the over night were not complimentary. The rooms had to be sprayed with room freshner the too from our own pockets.

Breakfast & location is good.

Cons:

Lots of cockroaches, shower metal is full of rust. The washbasin tap is very bad, and the blanket is torn.

Cons:

No geyser, room utterly poor, curtains were dirty , floor tiles broken , jet spray broken, bathroom light not working, had to stay with family just because it was late & we were tired

not worth it. at all.

only the food we ordered there was fine, everything except that including the staff and the facilities and basic amenities provided were very bad.

Cons:

the unhygienic environment especially the pool area, the pool water was literally dirty and when we asked them to clean it, they made excuses, lied to us for like four to five times, it was really a disappointing experience, i would never like to stay there. even the rooms were so dirty, the washroom was v bad, the extra matress they provided was also v bad. no extra pillows were provided, no water bottles and towels were given to us as well.

La habitación bien, normal para el precio. Sin embargo no habia papel higiénico, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Nos pusieron en la 101, aún habiendo aceptado la petición de ponernos en los pisos más altos. Se oía el ascensor con su música cada vez que subía alguien. Alguien estaba con música a todo volumen a las 12 de la noche, por lo que era ruidoso y no se podía dormir bien, mala insonorización. A las 6 de la mañana estaban los de recepción con más música a todo volumen.

La piscina imposible bañarse, estaba verde el agua, con riesgo de infección por bacterias.

El desayuno escueto, se equivocaban con las comandas y el personal no hablaba bien inglés, por lo que la comunicación era difícil.

El señor que había en la recepción por la noche era muy arisco con los extranjeros y contestaba de forma borde, incluso con alguna petición simple. Los que estaban por la mañana en cambio, eran muy majos.

Stay at the grand empire instead.
Pros:

2.However I went and complained and they took us to another one of their hotels which was clean and nice, the staff were great and we had a great tuk tuk driver who took us anywhere we needed and we fed the stray down down the road from the hotel. The hotel we ended up staying at was the grand empire. Book this instead of here.

Cons:

1. Be careful when booking this property, it is a franchise and the first hotel we went to the place was dirty and there was black mould around the windows. We also had to ask for a remote to control the air conditioning.
