Cons:

On the app it is mentioned that we may check in from 00:00 but the owner told us to check in at 14:00. That was disappointing. On the app the checkout time is 11 but the owner told me it is 10:30

Shower drain was blocked, we flooded the apartment every time we showered. The curtains were motorized and not working, couldn't close the curtains.

FALSE ADVERTING BEWARE OF ( TAXES & CHARGES )

I am extremely disappointed and honestly angry about my experience.

I booked this accommodation expecting to pay R1100 for one night, but ended up being charged R2500 due to a bunch of extra fees that were not made clear upfront. Suddenly there was a “resort fee” (R390), “electricity fee” (R400), cleaning fee (R300), and a service charge (R310) added on.

This feels completely misleading and unfair. If the real price is R2500, then that’s what should be advertised — not a low price used to lure people in and then pile on hidden costs later.

There was no transparency, and it left a really bad impression. I would not have booked this place if the full cost had been shown from the start.

I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone who values honesty and clear pricing. Be very careful before booking here.

Memorable to the last letter. The Accommodation, My Host, The location, The people, The beach.
Pros:

I arrived later than my originally planned time, but Nikkie was there all smiles, waiting to welcome me and get me settled in and set for my stay.
She was available and extremely helpful whenever I needed her, all throughout my stay.
She makes the place feel safe, and like home.

The location and views are the absolute best, Right by the Mall, And Right by the beach.
The choice of restaurants is infinite. Everything is within walking distance.
The whole area is safe during the day and at night, cameras installed everywhere and security personnel walking up down.. They made my Solo travel soo comfortable.
The Biometric entry system makes sure that only prohibited people have access to your residence.

“A wonderfully comfortable stay in a luxurious and safe environment.”
Pros:

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our early check-in and kept us updated at all times. The room was beautiful and very clean. The location is amazing and close to everything. You also have access to enjoy the hotel amenities, which was absolutely wonderful.

Great location and security, the building has great amenities. I would recommend the building not the apartment we got
