THIS LADY IS A SCAM, WE COULDNT GET INTO THE BUILDING, WAITED UNTIL 12 MIDNIGHT TO GET ACCESS. BEDDING,TOWELS ABSOLUTELY DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. PICTURES ON BOOKING.COM WERE NOT THE SAME AS THE ROOM.

Pros:

Everything about the apartment was 100%. Host communicated with me frequently and I found the apartment super clean. The view is absolutely amazing. I found a permanent holiday destination for when I visit Durban.

The location, however, I would have appreciated a beach view.

Cons:

There was no breakfast. I believe that this is false advertising of the property as I wanted a Hotel and not a AirBNB. I needed to change the date of my booking as I booked the wrong dates and tried to move it to a later date, however, the number on booking.com only was available on the Friday we checked in. The lady that was corresponding via WhatsApp didn't even introduce herself, was very un welcoming, didn't show us how the TV worked or the lights.

It was not value for money at all. We stayed in B20-1.
